Imagine choosing this movie, out of all movies in existence, to not exercise your suspension of disbelief. I can't honestly think of a lower hanging fruit to go after, besides maybe that one Star Trek movie with the whale probe.
If they left the heart defibrillator at home or in the future they were un-invented, the robot in the original series was capable of delivering an electric shock.

At 0:30, you can see Judy's nostrils moving. Either that was a mistake for the actress when pretending to be dead or that is when Judy officially started breathing and coming back to life.
Idk, why dont you go ask an astrophysicist about this one scene from a 1998 reboot of Lost in Space. I'm sure they won't look at you like you're some sort of invalid for even considering this.
Wouldn't engaging a Hyperdrive too close to as sun spark a Hell of a Solar Flare? 'It's almost like the sun is Attempting to Fill a vacuum of something that Once was there?
I'm sorry, but I have to say this is one of the funniest comments I've ever read. I mean what is unrealistic about it? The spaceship, the robot, the hyper drive, the earth like planet, the space spiders, Smiths metamorphosis? This is a sci-fi movie. They really weren't going for realism in any regard.
Hyperdrive. The movie explains that the hypergates allow for reliable only between other gates. Their mission was to build a gate at a suitable planet so others could colonize it.
If i just had a billion of me I would turn this planet into a giant space station an solar panel I dont care if i have to use human beings as AA batteries
She hasn't got enough thrust. Yes. It was designed this way. And, given that your commander is a PHYSICIST and ENGINEER, he knows it too. He knows the gravitational pull of the sun as well and that the ship's engines could never possibly break free. So why all the drama?
They were trying to leverage the sun's gravity well to break out at an angle into free space. But they'd already gone too close to change their trajectory using the conventional engines alone.
RIP and long live William Hurt (March 20, 1950 - March 13, 2022), aged 71
You will always be remembered as a legend.
"How you doin'?"
I am good
Rachel : “NO!! JOEY!!!!!….”
I’m doing pretty good and you?
Carl: HOW ARE YOU DO INNNNNNN
Only version of LOST IN SPACE that I absolutely love 💟
I love it too!
+1
First time I saw this movie, and that freeze frame I was a kid. That was the first time I realized miracles were possible.
Joey got his big break.... finally.
This movie does feel like one of the projects Joey auditioned for...
Chandler: 😴😴😴
I loved this movie and saw soo much potential for a sequel..
Great underrated film 🎥,I always wanted a sequel but we never got it, awesome 😎 script, sets, costumes, actor’s and soundtrack ITS ALL GOOD
“Days of our life 2 : lost in space”
😂😂 astronaut Drake Romoray
Such an underated movie
YES!!
The one of the best scene of the hyperjup!
Love this scene and movie!
Possibly the worst CPR in history, Possibly the most powerful retinas in the universe directly looking at the sun
It's a movie. You can pick up on almost every detail in most movies as being unrealistic. It's not the point.
Imagine choosing this movie, out of all movies in existence, to not exercise your suspension of disbelief. I can't honestly think of a lower hanging fruit to go after, besides maybe that one Star Trek movie with the whale probe.
Well, I'm guessing Gary was really trying to resist coping a feel on 1990s Heather Graham, as well as avoid a harassment lawsuit.
The glass probably has advanced protection or coating for that sort of thing.
Just found out William Hurt died.
Cool they have bridge rocks too!
If they left the heart defibrillator at home or in the future they were un-invented, the robot in the original series was capable of delivering an electric shock.
the robot was currently under enemy control and disabled at the time, so restarting it may have caused it to go berserk again....
Don't forget, without this movie to pioneer bullet time, 'The Matrix' wouldn't have perfected it.
Ridiculous lol
Didn’t Blade pioneer bullet time
The Matrix's Bullet Time before The Matrix was released. I actually think in some ways, this looks like a cooler effect.
And the this is 3. Movie with effect. 1. Coolio videoclip1997 , 2.Lost in Space1998. Wingcommander 1999.jun. ...
2:20-2:45 Aw, great. They’re stuck in the not-yet-perfected-Matrix effects.
"Let's see what this baby can do!"

😂
Stanley Kubrick punching the air right now
That face @2:36 😂😂😂
I remember everyone was laughing in the movie theater about his face!🤣🤣🤣
Matt LeBlanc when too much paparazzi is present.
Underrated movie!
NOSTALGIA 😭
That was a great scene 👏
i would die if it just panned to flying into another sun at 2:48
At 0:30, you can see Judy's nostrils moving. Either that was a mistake for the actress when pretending to be dead or that is when Judy officially started breathing and coming back to life.
Or she was trying not to scream of him nearly breaking her ribs
Bullet time before The Matrix
Dr. Smith; "Penny precious, I want you to short the power on my command!"
Rest peace William 💔
2:22 RIP William Hurt.
I am confident that were my spaceships control panel to start shaking and flexing like that, I would be sitting back waiting for the ship to implode.
Could they have seriously damaged the Sun?
no because its a movie everything doesn’t have to be politically correct for you guys
@@brycewakefield6565 lol. What ?
@@brycewakefield6565 weak bait.

@@brycewakefield6565 bro. What does that have to do with political correctness bro

'It's almost like the sun is Attempting to Fill a vacuum of something that Once was there?
no one cares m8
The mass of the ship relative to that of the Sun is seriously insignificant.
1:48 dat seatbelts noise tho lol always noticed that
I guess the alternative would have been to use the Sun as a slingshot and time travel back to the 1980's.
Ohh joey awesome guy
All I see is Joey Tribbiani’s latest film
I liked it
This may be the single most unrealistic scene in a movie ever

The warp drive seems unnecessary if you can just pass through stargates anyway.
Hyperdrive. The movie explains that the hypergates allow for reliable only between other gates. Their mission was to build a gate at a suitable planet so others could colonize it.
Without the other gate your exit is random in the universe aka you could get lost in space.
Bad CPR for an MD, Dr Smith was known to be a wimp anyway
they may have damaged the left phalange....
there's no kangaroo in this movie, sad
He's been listening to the wrong "Stayin' Alive"....
matrix was inspired to do the 360 slow motion from this movie
really?
That abomination is not the Jupiter II.
stay mad old man, I think it looks better
If i just had a billion of me
I would turn this planet into a giant space station an solar panel
I dont care if i have to use human beings as AA batteries
Rest in peace Matt Le Blanc
So far from reality
lol
"Dr. Smith" ..... worst CPR ever.....

Because they're about to die and they're desperate? Duh? LOL
