Nah upgrade. Trade it in you'll get a crazy discount. Also contact the support team they sometimes apply discounts for you. Trading in my 4 classic and getting the 7 for 63 dollars. I'll trade in the 7 when the bezel releases

Thank You for the Watch 7 review! No one is offering focusing on the Ultra. The Ultra way to over the top for my smaller wrist and don't need that much tech!
There's not really a whole lot of worthwhile tech on the Ultra. The screen is the same as the 44mm watch 7.

@@dave-vl7kl but it looks 1000x better than any other smartwatch. and its not even inacurate that was a rumour spread before the watches release becasue it is heavier than the regular watch 6 because its made of steel instead of aluminium and people thought it would move around which it doesnt

I have a classic & non-classic. It's my personal preference, but I prefer the digital rotating bezel w/ a haptic feedback.

I am also very disappointed that the rotating bezel has been removed. As it stands at the moment, despite the enhancements I am more likely to buy a discounted Watch 6 than a Watch 7.

Great videos man! Are there any reviews on battery life for the LTE 40mm Watch 7 yet? I want to upgrade my mom's Watch 6 40mm non-LTE. 👍
I went ahead and pre-ordered one. Trading in and up from Apple Watch Series 1 that I've kept long after switching back to android. I am somewhat looking forward to having a smart watch again. And I circular watch as well. At this point my apple watch is a clock and timer. Was great for battery life though not having to do anything else. Well, besides heart rate monitoring but I never put too much into that. Price after trade in and some Samsung credits should be $153. And they throwing in an additional band that is fabric. Will probably stick with the sport band as my wrist gets sweaty easily. Maybe just sell the fabric band at some point. Who knows.

Yep. I literally bought the Watch 6 Classic about a month and a half ago. First smart watch I could finally afford and it's already obsolete lol. I love it so far though and won't upgrade for a looonnnggg time. I'm still rocking the S23.

Im definetly getting the Watch 7 over the Ultra, the Ultra, just like the Apple Watch Ultra, is SO bulky I dont see how its practical for anybody. Though I wish Samsung made the silver color available for the 40mm version as well... I know it sounds petty but I want all my Devices to match, white and silver for everything. Maybe the cream color of the watch will look similar to silver when its in the light sort of like the Tab S9 in beige looks silver in some lighting.

@CassKix Well I ended up getting an extra $50 off paid 45.99 and may or may not get Rakutens 12% but that's OK. I had 6 something in Samsung rewards too so it was worth it and I will have the latest.

Most definitely at that price. I did this exact thing. My battery is starting to degrade on my 4. It's time. Been a daily user for like 3-4 years and to get that trade in value I thought it was a no-brainer.
Traded my 6 classic in for the ultra , new design is much better .
My good old Galaxy Watch4 not very different from new one
From the 4, better processor, sapphire glass, bigger battery, faster charging, more health sensors. That's a pretty good upgrade.

From my ancient Galaxy Watch (1), there is still no comparable battery life...after many many years my battery still works +4 days with everything on. Yeah...power power etc, but only thing I am waiting is LTE + rotating bezzel + decent battery life. Seems I will wait samsung forever...

Obviously not, and to be honest, it was not expected that Samsung would already do it this year. Probably not until the next few years.

I want the temperature sensor on the watch 5 to get fixed so it gets used for tracking your temperature consistently without the need for a 3rd party app.
After that I may consider buying a better gwatch.
Otherwise, whats the point if buying all of this tech when you get to use half of it and then it gets abandoned half a year later for the new thing.

As much as I despise apple for their scummy marketing and business tactics, their engineers and designers know what they're doing. Always liked the squared off look.
