The hardest part of the carnivore diet is the first 2 weeks. All I can say is, don't trust a fart.

My favourite thing about doing this diet is the experts it attracts 😂 no one gave a shit about my diet when I was 10kg overweight eating processed sugar and drinking every weekend. Yet I changed my diet to carnivore and all of a sudden that’s what’s unhealthy 😂
Worked wonders for me. But the real secret to success is not carnivore or vegan or this or that. If you want to loose weight and be healthy. Eat normal food and exercise but eliminate sugar. Not cut back on, but eliminate! Once sugar is gone you don’t crave the bloody stuff.

I'm not on the carnivore diet but I just want to mention that increases in LDL paired with normal weight and high HDL (which is hard to happen in many cases) don't have such a high risk for cardiovascular disease. Although we don't know the exact mechanism, it seems that high HDL is protective.

This is a good point. If you have 2 people with the same, high LDL (or non-HDL) cholesterol and one has excess body fat and low HDL, and the other is lean and has high HDL, the latter IS at a lower risk of heart disease. LDL is not the only contributor to risk. But they would considerably lower their risk by reducing their LDL or non-HDL cholesterol (or ApoB if we want to get really specific). HDL is not so much protective as it's more so a case that low HDL is an indicator of insulin resistance or other metabolic perturbations

    Hi Richie,
    How are you?
I follow your channel regularly and I think the videos are amazing.
I have 1 Question for you, which is as follows:
I am doing my workout regularly (focus is on increasing gains) and I am taking proper nutrition , I'm also taking Whey Protein and Creatine . My Question is, should I take BCAA in addition to Whey protein and Creatine ? What benefits will I see if I take BCAA in addition to Whey Protein and Creatine ? Does BCAA have any benefits? I know BCAA provides only 3 of the EAAs and we get these EAAs from Whey Protein , so should I take BCAA or it is just waste of money?

People need to look at oth sides of food issue, not just the pros or only one con. Anythimg should be done in moderation, including what we eat. I am not for a carnavor diet but neither am i for vegetatarion diet.

Precisely, which is why I wanted to give as balanced an opinion on this as possible. It's the same reason I don't recommend vegetarianism/veganism/carnivore in any of my videos
