🌟 What do you think of telling yourself this to make a massive improvement in your motivation, discipline and productivity? 🍽 I just did this to myself when I was avoiding a sink full of dishes... 💦 Today me who likes to meal prep a little on Sunday is VERY thankful I talked myself into just doing the dang dishes so I'd be able to get going without having to wash dishes!! 🌟
I have a weekly schedule, very simple, where tasks fold into each other day to day. For example all my appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays. I then go to the bank for quarters, do any non-grocery shopping, and errands like dropping off at the thrift store. Wednesday I vlean out the fridge, menu plan, take my laundry to the car. Thursday is laundry and groceries, I run while they're in the dryer. I have other routines that lead to one another efficiently, mostly because, well I was going to say I'm lazy but that's a lie. I like to gamify the business of life such that I can sew or pursue other interests with my free time. Katie has added walking into my daily routine. Still working it into a habit. I think about future me ALL the time. In those words. 🌻🍄
That's great. I don't thrive under routines unfortunately... but I do make deals with myself. Like if I do the dishes I've been not wanting to do, then I can relax with my knitting or whatever.
@@ManageableLiving Do not be mislead, I don't always follow it but I know I can hit it next time and the world won't end if I skip. I am trying to have a "manageable" life and having a schedule helps, preferable to totally winging it. The one thing I'm consistent at is asking for Tuesday appointments. It took me 56 years to figure out that when asked I don't have to answer, "Anytime is fine." That's a win.
Wait, i should have watched the whole video... it only takes 10% effort to keep in shape? I dont feel like thats true. I feel like im constantly working out to stay where im at. 😢
@@SimplyKatieWalks lol, Katie, I will never have a walk and talk channel. My dialogue would be, "This sucks. I'm hot/cold/don't like the wind/not enough breeze/etc, oh! I can do another lap." Ad infinitum. 😆
Your video quality is very nice. Your video is very professional. But the surprising thing is that despite being such a good video, views, subscribers, are not coming to your videos. Then I analyzed your channel well and found your seo score is very bad.And I have taken some screenshots of your problems. Are you willing to talk about your problems

He still works out though. And it doesn't mean train lazy, just that dieting and exercising for a goal is so.much.harder.
@@ManageableLiving got it! I'm not sorry I work out, it's just hard and I'm a whiner

My strategy is not SEO. Thanks for the offer.
