  • Hi Guys, today I'm reviewing the Ninja Mega Kitchen System. LINK TO Ninja Mega Kitchen System: amzn.to/3DOkhQ2 It includes a 72 oz pitcher, 64 oz food processor and two single serve cups. I'll crush ice, make a vegetable blend, mango sorbet, pie dough and chocolate banana smoothie to test the Ninja Mega Kitchen System.

    I’m looking to make juice drinks & smoothies to help with My Lung Cancer. I’ve been told the following : one of the best anti-cancer foods, raspberries should be part of any healthy diet. They are rich in ellagic acid, which is a strong antioxidant with many cancer-fighting properties-and it may even help shrink existing tumors. Red grape juice packs a powerful punch, as do other foods containing resveratrol such as dark chocolate and blueberries. A snack of red grape juice, a few bits of dark chocolate, and a few blueberries could be a lovely dessert that may even quell the thought that you are eating a lung cancer-fighting diet. Pomegranates seem to halt growth. Researchers are adding to the list of cancer types for which Pomegranates seem to halt growth. A recent study using a mouse model shows that consuming pomegranates could potentially help reduce the growth and spread of lung cancer cells or even prevent lung cancer from developing.

    Just bought one, anxious to try it!
    And yes 4 the people on here saying buy a vitamix mix..yes they maybe a better blender..but this mixer system TOTAL on sale was $108. A vita mix is over $300.
    I've used ninjas for well over a decade. For the price it's a good deal HANDS DOWN!

      My vitamix didn't lasted even a week. Maybe I was sent a faulty product since it was renewed but still expensive at $340. It left chunks of food in smoothies even at high speed and will not crush ice even a bit as good as this ninja. Bought it almost 6 years ago and didn't returned it, I just stupidly stored it away. Very dissapointed with that brand will never buy again and will never believe the overrated hype again.

      I’ve since gone back to a Vitamix. I contacted Vitamix and they sent a prepaid return shipping box, fixed my machine, and shipped it back, all at no charge. I still have it, 7 years later. I did like the Ninja and did like that it was dishwasher safe, but the Vitamix is just a superior product, for sure.

      @@min1549 the "square jar" is more precisely the blender pitcher (not the food processor). Yes I've been using it everyday for a year (daily smoothies in the 470mL cups + monthly Nutella in the pitcher) and everything still works perfectly (same motor, same containers, etc). Two things: I wash them by hand (no dishwasher), and I thaw my frozen fruits a little before I put them in the cups for the "smoothifying" process... Don't hesitate if you have other questions!

      +destine2grow Hi, you do not have to hold down any buttons except for the pulse button. It's a good choice for an all in one :)

    Also this as well : Beet, Apple and Blackberry Juice
    Today, - along with ginger and blackberries, - they are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. In conjunction with the antioxidant quercetin found in the skin of apples, this sweet juice is perfect for building lung health while healing the body from within.

    This seems great for the blender but the food processor doesn't seem like it would take the place of a dedicated one.

    Can you put hot liquids in this?

    • @bestkitchenreviews
      @bestkitchenreviews  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Metrice Calderon Hi Metrice, do not put hot liquids in this blender. It's best not to put hot liquids in most blenders unless it specifically states it is ok to do so. Hope that helps. Please subscribe if you haven't already :)

      Mrs C the problem with putting hot liquids in a blender is that it could explode. If you need to blend a soup for example, I'd suggest one of those handheld immersion blenders.
