This is a great way to show people not to buy this product....what a screw up demo this was! The first machine messed up...the second one was set on high....not Auto so that was a screw up plus having to keep removing and resetting the canister just to get it to work....I gave up before it got worse...I'll spend a few more dollars and get a good machine Thanks for showing me the problems with this ninja.!

I am so happy I watched this video, it now proves to show that I am really scared to purchase this product. I had the Nutri Ninja IQ before and that was very complicated. Maybe I go look for a simpler appliance, (if this guy who has worked for Ninja for ten years is struggling to operate the appliance that certainly means that it must be very complicated). Yeah, I have have had problems locking the container into the blender in order for me to fully blend it. Has anyone else used this particular brand and has had some problems with it? Anyway, take care.
The blender has a number of safety functions that will prevent it from working. In the rush of everything he did not seat the blade properly and did not lock the container properly. While this is a mild annoyance I think it’s fair given what what could happen as a result of those errors. Such as breaking the blade connectors, the machine it’s self or worst the whole thing exploding. The machine is super loud and powerful, it being allowed to function incorrectly would be horrible

Cringe and second hand embarrassment. I prefer the vitamix for ease of cleaning...I dont own a dishwasher. But I did try this once and it was good for the frozen drinks I like and salsas. I just couldnt handle working with the sharp blades.

I wanted to watch this for the machine but that QVC presenter pissing about drove me so nuts I turned it off. In spite of breaking a cardinal rule & ignoring his guest, he turns his back on him & the camera, walks in front and blocks the shot, walks off to one side then back again all the while making noise!! No apology or explanation. Won't patronize QVC or Ninja.
Vitamix will always be the best, because of its simplicity and reliability, it doesn't need 2 and half 🐎 power, with its efficiency it can use it's power effectively. Like really💤🙄, it's not about the power it's about how effectively it is, transferring that power to do work. Ninjas jar should be redesigned it's a complete failure.
Why does he keep calling everything a “technology”?? Automatic technology, pulsing technology... too much technology for me so I bought a A2500 Vitamix, I wouldn’t trade it for anything?
Considering ninja is made completely in China for that reason alone I would never buy one I want American made products. Considering it is made in China in China pays its laborers pennies per hour this ninja machine should only cost half of what it actually sells for. They use China like slave labor then they Market the price up to the consumers in America. So there is no discount for the customer. The people that own ninja are making a huge killing because of the low labor to make it plus there is no import tax to pay to bring to America then they overcharged Americans to buy the product. I say no to ninja because of their abuse of China labor. If ninja opened up factories and produced the same products in America I would reconsider. We need to start paying attention to what products are made in China and avoid them like the plague.
