Doesn't work for me; those vids you see where the scratches magically disappear when you wave a bit of heat over the area are amazing but the experience on my car's PPF is that it's not having any effect on the scratches. Wondering whether the various PPF wraps out there behave in different ways, with some reacting better to reactivation using heat.
Hey guys, have a problem- I have a scuff on my 3m wrapping on drivers side on a wheel well hub. I don't know anyone who can help with this issue as it appears it is such a skill. I live near Boston - do you know of anyone out this way that you could recommend? I would so appreciate it. This is a real drag...

You're supposed to use a heat gun or hair dryer then a wax polish.
What kind of polish? I Can't find water base polish. Thanks
Heavy scratches needs polishing. Only fan/dryer is marketing stuff.

@@kaplanjtyma No it's not. The company that installed my PPF from 3M was polished and they used a heat gun to remove the scratches.
