Shushunova's Olympic routine should've made the grade. Fabulous artistry.

I appreciate that #4 broke the mold and tried something fresh and different. Unfortunately I don't think it worked, while it was certainly unique, the dance style just seemed bizarre to me. It's always nice to see innovation though and obviously mine is just one opinion since you put her on this list. 😆

The choreoghraphy was supposed to be bizarre. Both the music and elements of the choreography were taken from Stravinsky's Rite of Spring. Which is a ballet depicting a tribal ritual where the sacrificed woman dances herself to death. It caused quite a commotion when the ballet premiered in Paris in the 20's. I think there was even a riot because the audience also found everything very bizarre. Strazheva's version is gorgeous and it is also one of my favourite floor routines.

Strageva? So you’re more into artistry. Cus there is more impressive gymnastics. If you think gymnastics should be a combo? I get that… but strageva doesn’t have both. Just heavy on the
Awkward dance and very lack luster on the gymnastics.

Kesenia A is on this list??????? 13 year olds are doing this routine better. Girls in the 80’s did this better. Ahead of Simone???? Please please please tell me how you felt she deserved to be on this list. She’s like 50th.
On a differnt note… I get that girls from different eras get more credit for doing difficult moves as other girls of that era weren’t even trying them but is that how you’re grading them? A silivas in the 80’s is more impressive than a triple double in the 2020’s?
Basically I need to know how this was weighted
