@mayuresh Raich Over the past several decades there has been a large influx of people from India. Canada is a large country and immigration is one of the few avenues for growth. Qatar is going to be one of the winners in the post covid era. They have maintained many of their international routes while other legacy carriers like Qantas, Air NZ, Air Canada, Malaysia, BA and others suspended many of their routes. Customers will not forget this

@mayuresh Raich British Airways has always been that airline that provides bad service. British Airways also has a product that falls behind most of their competitors as on routes to the Americas United, Delta, and Virgin have better products. British Airways is also losing the UK market as airlines like Lufthansa and KLM have more destinations from their main hubs than British Airways has from their main Heathrow hub.
@@TysonIke Not sure agree, at least with your position on Air Canada. Air Canada's service is quite slim compared to the options offered by connecting through the hub in Doha for travel to that region. If the comments from SkyTrax are any indication, passengers travelling on Qatar Airways out of Montreal were much happier than those on Air Canada. The same is true for Qatar Airways and Air New Zealand. The Doha/Aukland route has been receiving very positive reviews though they took a hiatus during the pandemic. @@JayMcGowan Qatar won’t be stealing much Air New Zealand passengers. Air New Zealand codeshares with ANA, Singapore airlines, Air Canada and United through Star Alliance. And other then the one fifth freedom route from Los Angles to London Air New Zealand hasn’t served Europe recently. Also Qatar won’t steal passengers from Air Canada as Qatar only serves Montreal which means they can only connect Montreal to India and other Middle East countries. That isn’t that big of a market.
@@TysonIke neither Australia or New Zealand have any plans to open their airports to international arrivals this year. None of this is positive for Qantas or ANZ which have become domestic/regional carriers.
As an American, I do have a couple questions about some US-bound routes they fly: Why do they fly to Atlanta while ignoring Charlotte (which could net them more connecting traffic)? Why do they fly to Houston at all (while ignoring Phoenix [which again, could get terminating AND connecting traffic])? I guess you could sum these questions up as why they don’t serve all oneworld hubs in North America (and yes I know I didn’t ask about Portland).

Please do video for Aircraft Maintenance whose person behind it. Aircraft Mechanics are silent hero of the Airlines Company. We are the backbone of the airlines compny
Qatar started flying to Canberra, Australia in 2018. 1 of only 2 international flights (the other being Singapore Air) serving CBR. The main reason was to get an extra daily flight to Sydney. The Qatar-Australia air service agreement allows for 21 flights by Qatari airlines to the 4 main Australian international ports (SYD, MEL, PER, BNE) each week and other ports are unlimited. QR had used up those 21 flights with their daily flights to Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. However, the agreement allows for an extra 7 weekly flights to a major port, provided it is to/via an unlimited port. So they started DOH-SYD-CBR. The flight is currently suspended due to the pandemic.

*Theorists have modeled an expanding spacetime-akin to our Universe-by taking inspiration from a string theory framework in which spacetime is emergent. There are many strategies in quantum gravity for constructing an expanding universe. One approach is to find an appropriate “string compactification”-a type of architectural map for strings and membranes-which builds up a universe with a positive cosmological constant. It is possible to construct nearly stable universes in this manner [3], but these constructions possess features that make them unrealistic. The difficult problem of constructing more realistic model universes is a topic of ongoing and active research.Appreciating how striking this statement is requires some unpacking. On the one hand, we have a theory of quantum gravity, say, in 3 + 1 dimensions-3 space dimensions and 1 time dimension. On the other hand, we have a so-called “conformal field theory” (CFT) in 2 + 1 dimensions. This CFT does not include gravity; it is a theory that has the basic trappings of the standard model of particle physics but additionally possesses exaggerated symmetries. The AdS/CFT correspondence means that a dimension of space emerges as we toggle between the gravity-free CFT world and the gravity-filled AdS world.Accordingly, a dS/CFT correspondence-if it were fully realized-would equate quantum gravity in de Sitter spacetime to a non-quantum-mechanical conformal field theory without time.*
The map is probably older, as Qatar only resumed flights to Dubai this year. I don’t know why Kuwait isn’t highlighted, but I couldn’t find any flights between Manama and Doha at the moment. Also such a flight could be unnecessary since the two cities and countries are way too close!

The same is true for Qatar Airways and Air New Zealand. The Doha/Aukland route has been receiving very positive reviews though they took a hiatus during the pandemic. They are scheduled to return this November.
I flew on Qatar airways and it was so good! Even the economy was really great I loved it this airline is the best in my opinion.
Thank you very much for this very informative overview about the history and presence of Qatar Airways.
As an American, I do have a couple questions about some US-bound routes they fly:
Why do they fly to Atlanta while ignoring Charlotte (which could net them more connecting traffic)?
Why do they fly to Houston at all (while ignoring Phoenix [which again, could get terminating AND connecting traffic])?
I guess you could sum these questions up as why they don’t serve all oneworld hubs in North America (and yes I know I didn’t ask about Portland).
By far the best airline I’ve ever flown!
I love this airline plus there airport is really something else I would also rate it 11/10
Till now never travelled in Qatar Airways but from the experience & mouth words of known persons I really appreciate the CEO.
My kind opinion to add more direct routes to Indian cities international airport...
Please do video for Aircraft Maintenance whose person behind it. Aircraft Mechanics are silent hero of the Airlines Company. We are the backbone of the airlines compny
I’m just glad Qatar started flying to Dublin. I was really getting tired of flying on Etihad
Love Qatar Airways 🇶🇦
Qatar is basically a smaller UAE. And Qatar Airways is considered the new Emirates
*Qatar Airways!* We welcome you to *Lusaka, Zambia*
My family flew from London to Doha via Egypt in 1996 on a Qatar Boeing 727.
just flew from Lusaka to Brisbane with them. fantastic airline.
Not long after you produced this video i flew on qatar airways a380 as part of my second flight flight from manchester to bangkok and that was in june 2022
Would love to see Qatar Airways or Emirates fly non-stop to Las Vegas.
QR evaluated this about 6 years ago. A direct flight was not possible from there during the warmer temperatures
I really hope them and emirates start flying to vancouver soon, no non-stop flights from vancouver to the middle east yet so i think they should look into that
Exactly. Only problem is that the Canadian government still has severe restrictions in the amount of frequencies per week that ME carriers can use.
LIKED AND SUBBED
LAS VEGAS , NEVADA NEED QATAR AIRWAY SERVICE EVERY DAY .
WANDEFULL experience fly by Qatar thank you very much for sharing video 📹,
Qatar is definitely a Co with Vision. It’s CEO once said in an interview I have amazing plans for the future but you never disclose those to your rivals An Astute businessman indeed Very interesting info on Qatar’s past magnifico and that the CEO is thinking on cutting emissions which one day will be mandatory anyway CO2. Emissions not sustainable in the 21st century 🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧👍🥇⭐️✈️
Btw if you say first WE DONT CARE
Who cares about you don't care
i have not flown on this airline as of yet but i will for sure
I hope Qatar Airways stay in the 'One World Alliance'. I have got an account in the 'One World Alliance'. It will be great to fly with Qatar Airways in the future!
I think Qatar Airway should Operate a new fleet to Montego Bay Jamaica, it would be a great opportunity for tourism in both Countries❤️
I'm so obsessed of the 777 family including the 777x family
Just love the 777x 😃
@@ilovepakistanitea1378 ye beautiful aircraft
Quatar to Vic Falls and onto Cape Town, then return Via Vic Falls, two of Africa's top destinations
I love Qatar and Emirates hands down. I flew Qatar to Tanzania then London. I flew Emirates many times.
I really hope they start services to Guyana as they already made promises to enter the market since 2021
Opening shot KATL lesgooo
Looking forward to riding on their Airbus A350-1000 soon. (On a short-haul flight too…)
i really like what qatar airways has been plan and new routes especially to asia such as Philippines malaysia and cambodia.
Ummm in the map shown at 5:08 showing countries QR flies to why aren’t Kuwait, Bahrain or the UAE highlighted? They fly to all 3.
The map is probably older, as Qatar only resumed flights to Dubai this year. I don’t know why Kuwait isn’t highlighted, but I couldn’t find any flights between Manama and Doha at the moment. Also such a flight could be unnecessary since the two cities and countries are way too close!
@@spongebubatz yeah but why is Saudi Arabia highlighted and flights resumed at the same time with the UAE? Also the flying distance between Doha and Manama is short but the driving distance isn’t.
@@Yazennnnnn only the creator of the map knows 🤷♂️
Inaugural flight was in January, 1994 from Doha to Dubai or in May1994 from Doha to Amman?
Please let me knows, it’s important for me.
We flown Qatar Feb 2022. Enjoyed it very much. BUT my husbands suitcase was broke. 2 wheels totally broke. And after a lot of emails nothing was done about it.
Must also mentioned we glown from South Africa to Qatar. And then to Dubai. We waited 2 days for the suitcase it was not on the connecting flight. No problem. When we received the suitcase in hotel it was damaged. Not good.
Very interesting how American Airlines complained so much Qatar Airways a few years ago, yet today they are expanding their partnership faster than ever. Hah
You said twice that they had ordered their "first A380" both in 2001 3:17 and again in 2007 4:10
So which one it is!?
I can't wait to see how many corners boeing cut on the 777X project. I certainly won't be stepping foot in one of those planes that's for sure. Under any circumstance.
Qatar airways is the future of aviation
They should look at launching service to Phoenix
The could launch services to anywhere Indians want to go.
NICE
I love Qatar 🇶🇦 👏👏💕
I hope soon can fly to Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and To Chi Minh city in ( Vietnam)
Qatar is my favorite airline by far
There was a discussion about a flight from DOH to GIG and SCL. It'd be interesting, following EK's path. MEX 'd be a nice destination, followed by BOG or LIM, two major cities in South America. There's plenty of space for them to grow.
Qatar Airways and Emirates are the only airlines I know that developed faster and after 20 years of their operations they became one of the best airlines in the world. Unlike its older competitors in the business which is Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific they took them 40 to 50 years to be ranked as one of the best airlines in the world.
First and foremost they have no union workers.
@@abeninan4017 also this airlines are sustained using the fund of their state that is why they can afford to build the one of the best airport in the world and invest on every latest manufactures aircrafts of Airbus and Boeing.
WHY WAS QATAR AIRWAYS RELAUNCHED ?
Was airline not operational between 1993-1996?
Looking forward to flying with Qatar Airways in the near future
I gotta say their latest economy seat is one of the best in the world
"Qatar Airways is not interested in launching premium economy on its flights, the airline’s Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, said today." May 26, 2021
@@applausenu my bad then, i mean their economy seats
i thought the video is gonna cover the hospitality Qatar Airway is well known for
the statement made "that Qatar airways is the only middle eastern airline to join an alliance" is incorrect. Royal Jordanian airlines has been a member of one world alliance since 2007. so 5 years before Qatar joined.
That’s true, often "gulf carrier" would’ve been more fitting
I have excellent flying experience with Amazing service
LHR to Doha
Doha to MSCT
ive flown their 777-300 qsuites this may from Sao paulo to Doha and back and its one of if not the best business class product out there. 5 star restaurant food quality, amazing bed and matresses and wide range movies selection.
Considering ive used Miles for it and payed only 10% of the money value its really worth it
However Qatar has a very diverse fleet, wich means u can get a inferior business class product rather than their beloved qsuite.
Qatar airways 🇶🇦 is the best airline in the world 🌎, one world, one word OUTCLASS SERVICE
