Airlines do not have to prove their competitive pricing practices are financially sustainable like other industries do. For example, if Chevrolet began charging $5 for the Silverado, Ford and Ram could take them to court for price fixing to eliminate completion - that is anti competitive and illegal. If Frontier charges $1 for a flight from Denver to Orlando, that is completely legal, even though they’d lose about $10K every time the flight occurred.

I almost slept at the streets last year when my rent was due 😭 but thanks to a friend who introduced me to Mrs Sophie Clare Williams ,a financial adviser.
Mrs Sophie Clare Williams is holding a very high prestige and reputation in personal financial management. I’m happy you mentioned her. My wife recommended her to me after investing 3 grand and she really helped us in times of this bad pandemic crisis. I’m close to my retirement and this has been and well remain a good survival for me
Not 100% sure about the FAA (I assume it's very similar) but here in Canada a holder of a AOC can hold different parts based on operating requirements (we call Our part 121 CAR's 705 and our 135 CAR's 703) Holding both Certificates allows them to operate under different rules minimizing costs by not operating ALL flights under the more stringent rules.
Maybe this is Sam's way of rising the capital needed to start his own airline (it's only a matter of time), by showing potential investors that he knows what he's doing
I flew on an Ansett plane before they went. It was pre 9/11 - They let me go in the cockpit, and the Pilot gave me a colouring-in book. It was pretty cool, looking out of the front of a plane. I'm sad that experience is gone for the kids today.

"Where every trip is a step closer to heaven"
Honestly I'd fly it. Nearly missed my last flight because airport security was intent on giving me a 10 minute lecture on why my shampoo was over the ounce limit when the only reason I had to take the bag through security was because they had all the first class check in kiosks closed. Then I got another lecture on how my mask wasn't good enough because it had a filtered exhaust valve but somehow the guys wearing microfiber tube bandanas were fine.
I will be your competitor, :D airlines
“If you think it’s good, try to do it”
Words cannot describe how happy I am to finally see my local airport in a Wendover video
Ansett was not the only full service carrier in Australia when it collapsed. Qantas was always the full service competitior to Ansett on domestic and internaltion routes. It also pre-dated Ansett.
I always thought the answer to "How to end up with $5M by starting an airline?" was "Start with $50M ..."
He's been waiting to release this video his whole career

Wendover Productions: I LOVE YOUR WORK
0:11 to 1:11. So well said, and well illustrated ⭐️⭐️👊
I’ve started several airlines after watching this video the guy is a savior 🙏
I was almost expecting an announcement for Wendover Airlines at the end of the video.
Eventually: How to BE an airline

I love this comment thread
This will be very helpful when I start my new airline providing service from where you are to anywhere you want to go
The Wendover channel and videos are very informative and useful and they really show the viewers how big and complex the world is. I wish that the Wendover group could make more videos.
So this is where the "half as airworthy" joke from HAI ended up
Wow I didn't realise how big southwest had actually become. I can't really imagine the new airline displacing them. They have a pretty solid reputation now as a reliable, low cost airline
Lol. This comment didn't age well. ;)
It’s a new year with bright and beautiful ideals , hope you’ll got a huge list for this 2021 . Coz last year was messed up due to many weren’t wise enough to consider investment . But the question, what will you achieve this year?
Nothing other than the gift of life. And I have consider venturing into something lucrative and profitable , last year was a lesson to everyone especially me . Well seeing 2021 is enough reason to sit down and think about your financial life .
I’m close to my retirement and this has been and well remain a good survival for me
She trades cryptocurrency and stocks more especially bitcoin for her clients. Making them profits and having commission for that.
People are scared of investing because of high rate of unprofessionals in the business.
Thanks, I needed this 😅
Not 100% sure about the FAA (I assume it's very similar) but here in Canada a holder of a AOC can hold different parts based on operating requirements (we call Our part 121 CAR's 705 and our 135 CAR's 703) Holding both Certificates allows them to operate under different rules minimizing costs by not operating ALL flights under the more stringent rules.
Maybe this is Sam's way of rising the capital needed to start his own airline (it's only a matter of time), by showing potential investors that he knows what he's doing
2:26 "taking off"
I see what you did there
Yeah lol
This is the intense airline content I've come to know and expect.
I flew on an Ansett plane before they went. It was pre 9/11 - They let me go in the cockpit, and the Pilot gave me a colouring-in book.
It was pretty cool, looking out of the front of a plane. I'm sad that experience is gone for the kids today.
Thanks I needed this after installing Flight Simulator 2020
When Sam finally launches his own airplane company, I hope he names it Wendy's Wind Walkers.
5:57 "Tusla": Elon Musk's version of Tulsa.
I'VE SEEN BOTH MISSPELLED THE SAME WAY...
Can you guys please do how to start a hedge fund?
It is incorrect to say Ansett was Australia’s only full service airline prior to virgins arrival
Whatever all the other comments might say, I like all your airplane videos and I am really fascinated by it!
