    Important to take with black pepper which increases absorption by 2000% & eat with a fat like extra-virgin olive oil or nuts higher in oil. It’s absorbed even more if heated, opposed to sprinkling it on cold food.

      @@df7817 Yes, even better. Warm or hot liquid increases effects of turmeric. In soup/stew, hot tea or cooking but it’s important to blend the turmeric with black pepper and fat found in healthy oil or nuts.

    I suffer from neuropathy & gout. I grow my own organic-turmeric in my home garden and I eat one rhizome chopped up and mixed with a tablespoon of blackseed-oil & cracked black-pepper.

      Just take it an hour away from meal. Take it with a spoon of any fat (olive oil, coconut oil) and put on some black pepper. Swallow it with hot water (only as hot as you are able to drink it).

    Other things happened to me, i had tumeric for more than 5 year + and the black pepper caused my stomach acid increase other than that, i also experienced right hand nerve pain and arthritis like pain on my finger which both are old sport caused pain of over 10 years ago injuries. Now i stopped tumeric completely and as the result the pain are gradually go away. Please be cautious on using tumeric as i experienced the side effect.

    I would really like to read/see that this supplement/spice ACTUALLY does what you claim.
    I see ppl taking it but no one truthfully claiming they see those benefits you are claiming.

      As a Hindu I can tell you that, you can replace it with Turmeric but you must chant Om for 5 minutes daily early morning and do Yoga.

    I consume milk thistle in the morning...
    Would the curcumin affect my liver since i do have NAFatty liver...
    So should I consume curcumin and if then when should it be done...

    I thought it is a high oxalate spice. I'm afraid to take it regularly since I'm prone to kidney stones.

      It is that is one thing that I forget to mention is the one kryptonite like weakness, it is in the description below. But yes if prone to stones might be worth avoiding

      As a Hindu eating it daily and Hindu eat it since life exist you can consume it daily without any fear. Only caution you must take that you should maximum take 1/2 table spoon max. Or 1 tablespoon with gaps. Chant Om Namah Shivay loudly and continuously for 5 min. daily or whenever you get time throughout the day in your mind. Do Surya Namaskar. You will get want you want in life. Try to be pure Vegetarian.

    The liver isn't completely safe though. Not at all. In some studies with curcumin supplements, patients developed liver diesease. Some even died. Understand that there is a risk.
