Love this stitch Nikki! It’s beautiful and I LOVE that it fills those gaps(so do my kids lol)! Thank you so much for another helpful tutorial! You’re a great teacher!
linked double crochet is my favorite stitch. I use it on a lot of patterns that call for dc with the same repeat. What stitch would linked crochet be called in Tunisian crochet? I find it uses less yarn and is less dense than bulky stitches used to prevent gapping. I've never done treble or hdc or sc link.
As far as I know linked crochet doesn’t have another name, but it’s part of the Tunisian Crochet Family ❤️ Hope you’ll try the other basic linked crochet stitches. So fun ;)

I like the double treble linked crochet and it is indeed less yarn used and not as dense of a fabric as Tunisian crochet is.
So glad ❤️ Enjoy

You’re welcome
Does this use more yarn than regular crochet? Can you use any pattern and change the stitches to linked?
Yes a tiny bit. But not too much of a difference to tell really. And yes you can change a tr to a ltr anytime unless you need open mesh
Por favor opción de subtitulos!!!! Muchas gracias
I'm doing a hat with linked crochet
Yay! So fun to use it 😀 nice and cozy
What is tcc?

I love the "linked" stitches...it would be amazing for a cardigan if you want a more solid fabric to block the wind on a cold Autumn day.
Great idea!
