The TrailMaster MB200-2 is the most complete minibike on the market with tall tires, front and rear suspension, torque converter, hydraulic rear brake, headlights, and a 6.5HP engine. And of course we have add-ons for this bike to turn it into the *BEAST* !
Only missing one important thing is a front brake system if it had it then it would be the best mini bike around because then it's 50% street legal all that's left to add is high and low headlight speedometer and turn indicators and horn and swap engines with a tillotson electric start 212 and upgrade the torque converter to a 40 series with a 17 tooth front sprocket then do a stage 1 performance upgrade and governor removal then you will have a motorcycle that could run circles around the the Honda Monkey and Grom that is automatic.
Just bought one of these and got it all hooked up and gas in it. It idles fine but when i give it a bit more gas to go, it seems like it does a puff of air and shuts off the engine.. any ideas?
I waited but I got mine and it runs like a champ thanks to you. I looked at your video plus a whole bunch of other guys. Nothing needed adjusting much but I did check most things. Have you ever been to Disneyland? That's what this bike is you better hold on when you take off buddy. Also I back the throttle screw out from the jump. Not all the way out it wasn't necessary. I did not mess with tying up the governor. But I'll be looking into that tonight. But the bike runs like a champ. Probably about 40 41 out the box with the screw back. Loving it
I just got my kid's MB200-2 delivered yesterday, I assambled it without any issues. I just have a couple questions, the tires on the bike say that they should be inflated to 10PSI, but you mention on the video that you inflate them from 12PSI for a softer ride all the way up to 20PSI. I'm guessing that based on your recommendation, if i inlfate them to 16 PSI for my kid, it's completely fine. Second question, when i pull the start coil with the choke all the way to the back, the bike won't start, or it will for a short few seconds, and then turns off, i have to quickly bring the choke all the way forward to maintain the bike on. You mentioned something about getting the carburetor tuned up, how is that done,?cause i feel like this bike has a rough iddling. I had a backfire this morning while my kid was riding it. Thanks in advance.
Pump those hand brake fully for 2-3 minutes. Let is sit for 30 minutes. Then do small pumps for another 2-3 minutes and let it sit. This has fixed up a lot of customers.

Upon starting i hear metal clinking alot is that normal. We changed the oil and still hear it it goes away a little when you drive it.

Just received one of these mb200's. It has ZERO brakes! Brake lever goes all the way in.

@@GoPowerSports Thanks. I bled the brakes instead and this solved it. Lucky I had dot 4 Honda brake fluid left over from doing my Recon.
