    I so need this to help my glutes and hip! Similar exercises were given in PT. So this has been helpful. I can feel the strengthening, decrease in discomfort, increase in functioning and improvement. Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️

    really great workouts again. Unfortunately, yesterday I had no time, so today I did day 1 and day 2 in a row. it was really fun. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Thank you Michelle 😁🤩

    I watched your intro and thought, “that’ll be easy, I’ll do 15 minutes, 6 miles, on the spin bike first”. That was dumb. I swear if my jeans aren’t looser after this…. I’ll do it again! Ha! This is a good one to do without sound on my phone while watching a favorite TV show. Not hard to follow after you’ve seen it a couple times.

    WOW! My butt!!! Good lord, that was awesome! Thank you so much Michelle. I see you posted a trampoline workout....I'll have to do that tomorrow (just got a rebounder from a friend and I'm a bit nervous that I'm going to break my neck, but I'll have a tall chair next to me - I'll let you know how it goes. Thank you again!!!! You're the best!

      Yes HOLY BUTT! The jumping will hopefully flush out that soreness. Please let me know how you made out on the trampoline workout. If your loving it I suggest invest in one soon. You can also get it with a cross bar if your feeling a little off balance.🤪💙
