I just feel like I’ve been diagnosed by watching this video. I need to go check up. My stomach has been little bulging and I always feel full even without eating . Something clearly is not right in there.
My stomach is so big right now and i can barely eat a meal without having constant pain. It keeps getting bigger every day, but Im losing weight, because I cant eat. Also I am havign an upper gi series this week so hopefully that will show something, because Im extremely uncomfortable.
I have the same symptoms for over a year. Trying to find out what is the cause. Eat very little and feel extremely full and uncomfortable. Nauseas too.
Start dry fasting And take daily walks, most ppl who have legs can walk a little. I use poles to walk to make it more adventurous or exciting. Pole walking activates 90% of your body's muscles, so it is more beneficial for you. If you can't dry fast, try liquid fasting & intermittent fasting. I lost 30 kg in 6 months dry fasting & walking back & forth to work, with ibs & mental illnesses & other ailments. If you can't walk, like I do atm because o broke my foot, ride your bike or start swimming. Anything to just start circulating your body's movements. Even QiGong, which I do is very sweating. I have gained back all those 30 kg now due to starting a medication which increased my apetite & not being able to move. So I'm considering starting to dry fast again, at least liquid fasting for 6 hrs in waking hours. You have to fast at least 12-14hrs for body to start getting into ketosis state (fat burning state, but this fat burning state also gives you energy). The first 3 days you want to dye lol, the 4th day you will get increased energy levels & feel fine & dandy!! You could start the keto diet. I think it would be good for ppl with any sort of problems. My bro in law also dropped like 20 kg only switching to keto diet. He did it for his back problem. He doesn't get any high & lows, as u get with carbs, and u feel full as well with the protein fat & fibres 👌 Please try something for your wellbeing. I did dry fasting for my IBS but also for spiritual reasons & to fight my depression & ADHD. I was tired ofc & low on energy because I was severely burnt out. But I think dry fasting is the key for me for msintaining a healthy lifestyle, and the only way I can manage my weight is through starving myself, otherwise i look like a baloon all the time, even when I hardly eat. I have tried this before. Maybe the results will be different for others idk. But I am always exhausted & have no motivation yo live or do stuff. So if I can do it, so can others. I dry fasted for 2 1/2 years in a row, while working a demanding job. I did it to get rid off the pain & not spend my life on the toilet either throwing up or the other exit 😬 Good luck!! 🍀✊️😊
P.s. I first started to eat 6 small meals a day 3 light main meals & 3 snack meals, I ate every 3-4 hrs. This is how I first started the 30 kg weight loss. Then I switched over to dry fasting, because I couldn't live with the stress & pain. If you want quicker steadier results, dry fasting to drop those kg's & then you can start a better sustainable lifestyle. I feel the 6-small meals a day maintained balanced sugar levels. It also helped at least my metabolism since it is very sluggish, I look like a baloon. So you could try that. I think 6 small meals is even great for ppl with IBS, because you don't stuff yourself with a lot at once 👌 If yiu are a tired person, maybe getting small amounts of energy through food distributed throughout the day may give one more power to be able to pull through the workday as well. You sure have a lot of meals to look forward to lol ;)
@celiaperez1062 It sounds frustrating to feel bloated and uncomfortable, especially if you feel like you're not eating much. Bloating can be caused by many factors, like digestive issues, diet, or even stress. You might want to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying causes like food intolerances or gut health problems. In the meantime, focusing on a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and light physical activity may help with bloating. A tummy tuck is a cosmetic option, but it’s best to explore the root cause first!
@eleanordemedici3070 I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling unsupported by your doctors. It’s important to have a healthcare provider who listens and addresses your concerns. If you’re not getting the care you need, consider seeking a second opinion or consulting a specialist who can offer a fresh perspective on your condition. In the meantime, you might find relief by focusing on managing symptoms with dietary changes and medications as discussed with your current healthcare team. If you’re struggling, support groups and patient advocacy organizations can also be helpful resources.
@batulkhan2696 I'm sorry you're experiencing this. A sudden increase in your lower belly could be due to factors like bloating, fluid retention, or digestive issues. It's important to consult a healthcare professional to determine the exact cause and receive appropriate guidance. Take care!
@sapnasingla1007 It sounds like you're dealing with both kidney stones and weight gain, which can contribute to abdominal pain and cramping. Kidney stones often cause sharp, intense pain in the lower abdomen or back, and sometimes cramping as the body tries to pass the stone. Weight gain can also put extra pressure on internal organs, potentially contributing to discomfort. It's important to stay hydrated, manage your diet, and consult with your doctor about possible treatments for the stones and a plan for managing your weight. They may also recommend imaging to ensure the pain is directly related to the kidney stones.

Taking things one day at a time, celebrating small victories, and connecting with supportive people or resources can make a big difference. Abdominal distension, or bloating, can be caused by a wide range of factors, including overeating, gas, constipation, food intolerances, or more serious underlying conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or liver disease. It can feel overwhelming when it happens frequently or severely. Managing your diet, staying hydrated, and identifying potential triggers can help alleviate symptoms. If the distension persists or is accompanied by other symptoms like pain or weight loss, it's important to consult a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Your photos show people that do not have a visible distended stomach or at least what I would call distended. Is there anyone that has followed any of the treatments you suggest and show photos of proof that the treatment works?
@maralindkrejci3528 Thank you for your feedback! It’s important to see diverse experiences, especially regarding conditions like bloating or distended stomachs. While individual results can vary significantly, many treatments can work differently for different people. Gathering testimonials and before-and-after photos from individuals who have successfully followed the suggested treatments could provide valuable insights. If you’re looking for specific proof, consider reaching out to forums or support groups where individuals share their journeys and outcomes. Your pursuit of evidence is crucial in navigating effective treatments!

@swaggyp7742 I’m sorry to hear that crunches are painful for you. It could be due to several factors like back pain, poor form, or even underlying issues with your abdominal muscles. It’s important to listen to your body-if crunches hurt, you might want to try other core exercises that are gentler, like planks, leg raises, or pelvic tilts. If the pain persists, it may be worth consulting a healthcare professional or physical therapist to rule out any injury and get guidance on safer exercises. Take care of yourself!
@karenohanlon4183 It sounds like you're dealing with a hernia and possibly some digestive issues that are exacerbated by swallowing air and certain eating habits. Chewing gum can cause you to swallow more air, which might contribute to bloating, especially if you already have a hernia. Eating bread or eating too quickly can also lead to bloating and discomfort, particularly if you have a sensitivity to gluten or if your digestive system is under strain. To manage these symptoms, try to eat more slowly, avoid foods that trigger bloating (like bread), and limit activities that cause you to swallow excess air, such as chewing gum. It’s also a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider or a gastroenterologist who can offer more personalized advice and help manage your hernia and digestive symptoms effectively.
It's important to seek medical advice if you have concerns about abdominal distention; staying informed about your health is always the best choice. ❤️

Excessive eating. Constipation. Wheat allergy. Parasites. Bacteria fungus. That's me. Slowly but surely getting worse. I do well eating small portions for a while....then eat bagels and pizza ..🥴
@Olivia-- It sounds like you're dealing with multiple challenges related to digestion and food sensitivities. Excessive eating, constipation, wheat allergies, and possible bacterial or fungal imbalances can create a lot of discomfort and make things harder to manage over time. It’s great that you’ve noticed that smaller portions help, but indulging in foods like bagels and pizza can trigger flare-ups, especially if you're sensitive to gluten or certain ingredients. Addressing these issues might require a multi-faceted approach. Focusing on foods that are easy on your digestive system, like gluten-free options and fiber-rich foods, might help manage constipation and food allergies. You could also explore working with a nutritionist or healthcare provider who can guide you in managing your wheat allergy, possible bacterial imbalances, and finding the right balance for your body. Making gradual changes rather than drastic shifts can also help with long-term management. Hang in there, and don't hesitate to reach out for support from a professional to get a more tailored treatment plan!

A tummy tuck does not fix bloating unfortunately. It only removes excess skin and excess fat. It won't change bloating at all.
