It's setup number 4 and such a fun one! I just love the @TheCoffeeMonsterzCo washi dash, it makes me happy whenever I open the book, which really is the point, isn't it?

I too am using the hobo weeks for my physical health journal. I have fibromyalgia and the tracking helps me so much. I use the empty spreads in the back for symptoms and mark them with the dot markers. This is not my decorative journal, but a necessity for me. Hope yours helps!
Oh that’s so good to know. I really enjoyed my A6 for health but a day to a page seemed too much. I wasn’t tracking symptoms but I really want to do that next year. Thank you so much ☺️

I’ve seen people use that section 58:10 to list the month and then reference what page each month starts at in their notes so they can do easily find things by date

I think I’m going to stick to your A6 Heath journal idea. It worked for me in 2022. But this one looks nice!
Yes I would ideally be in the A6 in a perfect world but I think for me right now, the weeks is a good size for portability. Plus I really wanted to use a weeks again for something this year 😅😅😅

Yep I’m the same - so many stickers but can’t seem to use them, saving for the right time whenever that is 🤦♀️ I’ll try to do better. I got some funny looks when I tried to tell you through the screen about those tabs for Jan and Feb 😂😢 I feel your pain. Loving these setup videos. TFS ❤

I’m really impressed! How do you find time to do these fantastic set-ups AND film them for us? My 2023 Cousin & Weeks are still sitting in the red box 😢. I’m hoping to have time to set them up before January 1st, but 🤷♀️
Thanks so much. It’s funny but last weekend, I just sat down and filmed two setups each day. It took up the whole weekend and was more than 9 hours of footage 😅 Editing takes even longer plus all the cleanup (!) so it’s been a mammoth week. But I really love the process 🥰 I hope you can find time soon ❤️
