What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

You know it’s a good video when all the comment (most that i’ve seen i haven’t scrolled far) Are all loving and supportive comment❤️ But can you blame them? This video is so helpful and so calming, And it’s long so for people who find it harder to sleep and can usually take hours to fall asleep☺️ I recently found this video then the channel after. Just feel asleep to this last night . This is great and helped me get to sleep, I usually have trouble getting to sleep but a few minutes of listening to this made me feel calm and fall right asleep. Thank you ^^
I can't believe I found this. When I was little I had horrible night anxiety, and my mom was an avid reader. I had completely forgotten that i used to fall asleep next to her and I was only able to close my eyes and try to sleep because I could hear that she was still awake & reading by the sound of the pages turning. It was always so comforting. My mom passed away 2 years ago, and I hadn't thought about this in nearly 20 years. Thank you so much for creating this video - I'll be falling asleep to it every night now💜

So underrated ASMR
Woke up almost 3 hours in, you know its good asmr if you sleep through it. Some noises are too harsh and wake me up but this is very soothing. Going back to sleep with it. 💕☺️
