I’ve been watching some other videos about how people are setting up their weeks and so often they are only showing the stickers and not showing how they actually are utilizing it. That is fun, but I am looking for ideas on how to actually use it. Also, I like the way you did the meals, but I guess it depends on which is more useful to you. I don’t do intermittent fasting, so my opinion is biased.

It is hard to see details but was wondering if you could tell me on your previous week spread what were your fasting starting times. I think a chart would really help me but am unsure how many times to put in the grid.
I usually do a 24 hour military timeline. Sometimes I am up really late so I eat really late so I like to have a 24 hour timeline. I wish I could send a picture in a comment!
