HOW TO RELEASE ANXIETY QUICKLY. EFT EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

    As a certified EFT practitioner, I wanted to share one of my favorite ways to help you to calm your nervous system, release anxiety quickly, clear your mind, and raise your vibration. Let's face it, when our nervous system is calm, we take our power back and make better choices and react better towards everyone around us.
    A calm nervous system gets us closer to the frequency of freedom, where creativity and solutions thrive.
    EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique.
    This practice takes about 5 minutes. You can also tap anytime you feel anxiety, but I recommend doing it 3x a day (set a calming alarm) for 7 days to feel a long-lasting shift. Keep going for 30 days if you are feeling it! You are training your nervous system, so it takes repetition to engrain.
