Thank you ladies ! Wow, such a couple of well informed KIa representatives! Wish we could find this high quality of Kia sales associates down here in Central California. We are trying to buy the all new 2025 Sorento Hybrid SX Prestige, and have been to 3 dealerships, and none of them have the knowledge and in-depth information as these two pretty young ladies have.

I ordered the top Sportage which comes in early October hopefully. Does it have the same new features that the Sorrento has?
Does Sorento PHEV EX model (or SX) has remote parking ? as in using the remote to auto back into or get out of a tight parking spot ?

The stated rebate in Canada is $5,000 (not $2,500 as you said) for PHEV with +50km range. Some state that the range is 52km. What's up with this?
The rated range for the 2025 is 48km - so it does not fit the criteria for the full $5,000. However, the previous generation Sorento PHEV had over 50 km and was eligible.

There's no PHEV slated for 2025.
Is there a blacked-out 2025 Sorento PHEV version that can be ordered?
Unfortunately no dark exterior package is available for the HEV or PHEV’s at this time
Love the exterior color ………but interior blue should include the door panels. If not, then it’s blue seats, not blue interior.
Kia is not the only car maker doing that 👎
It's a shame that the Canadian version doesn't have any blue accents on the door panels because the States have it

I don't like that Kia Canada pulled the Heads Up Display from the Sorento and it is absolutely crazy to be reducing electric range on the Sorento PHEV, when all of the competition are working on increase electric range and surpass the Sorento. Also 50 KM's of EV Range seems to be the cut off for incentives. So what gives??
I would love to know how many Sorrento PHEV your dealer expects to be delivered for 2025 and how many customers are on a current waitlist? Do you expect Kia to increase supply? It seems this model and trim are more of a unicorn.

I'm really frustrated with you ladies promoting a 2025 model of a vehicle when I'm still waiting for my 2023. Specifically the 2023 kia sportage sx HEV with red interior. Exterior color choices are steel gray, snow white pearl or dawning red. My order and $500.00 deposit was put down March 22, 2023 and I'm still waiting!!!

I completely understand your frustration, We film the vehicles we receive, and the customer that ordered this vehicle in the video has waited over two years for their vehicle. Unfortunately for us all, the supply for hybrids and plug-in hybrids is still extremely limited here in Canada, which has led to significant delays.

If a company had integrity they would not be releasing new vehicles when they don’t have the supply for the orders. I almost bought a used Kia sorento but was catfished by the dealership with a gas beauty that had already had a transmission replacement and was unable to have a test drive due to the fact that it needed engine replacement at 71000 km. This was not relayed for 5 days. This has become normal for Kia and many others. It seems the time to promise has become more important than actual integrity or delivering. Hiding cars to manipulate sales info for the stock market is ridiculous and should have prison time. As much as I like these vehicles, I cannot support companies that feel integrity, follow through and honour are something that doesn’t matter.
