BERN Swiss mountain railways HB BOB BLM SMA WAB LWM 1959-68

From the Harder Kulm, descend the funicular to Interlaken to join the Berner Oberland Bahn highland railway (with rack sections) up to Lauterbrunnen, passing the SPG Schynige Platter rack line and BOB's Grindlewald branch.
First westward, climb the former BLM funicular to Grütschalp then by narrow-gauge electric railcar along the spectacular ridge to Mürren enjoying views of the snow capped Eiger & Jungfrau mountains, especially after ascending 800ft further on the SMA Allmendhubelbahn funicular to 1907m altitude.
Lastly eastward from Lauterbrunnen via the 25% incline cogwheel WAB Wengernalp Railway and LWM Wengen-Männlichen cableway to spectacular alpine views.

Hello Ian, you asked several times about Peter, I knew Peter in the 80s/90s, great bloke, he used to show me around London Bridge box and suchlike, but don't recall him making his own films. When I asked Alan some months ago, he mentioned Peter used to show Alan's films to rail colleagues but took his own still photos/slides. Sorry, I thought Alan had responded to your questions here last year, but he wasn't well, hence I hope you'll see this reply. Look out for Alan and Peter pictured in our next video. Thanks.
