Best mix ever to listen to after a long night and you're now at home in the living room with a few close friends and the sun's about to come up. Wish I could be there always.
God damn, it's been around 14 years since I've been crazy in to Sasha. He used to be someone I revered. Now that I've rediscovered him I feel overwhelmed.
For me Sasha is #1 in eliciting emotion on and off the dance floor since '97; I would never miss a release of his and can comfortably say that I have listened to Involver2 300x + Frankly, it helps me concentrate when I'm working, relax when I'm travelling and gets me excited when I'm getting ready to go out. Truly amazing.

This is truly one of the great mix CDs of all time. I've loved electronic music for 25 years. I've listened to countless mixes from DJs over the world and this is a very, very special production. Just love you for this one Sasha.
I was in junior high when this came out. I was starting as a dj. I didn't play at nighclubs at the time. On my first gig for a halloween party, instead of playing hip-hop or pop music , I played songs in this album. I believe we made better brain conections that evening.

I remember when it came out, it blew everything else out of the water. Such a unique vibe through the entire album. To me this was the best Sasha sound, when he worked with Charlie May, Barry Jamieson & D. Forbes.
At the time it seemed like this album "intellectual-ized" dance music. It gave real depth and soul to the album listening experience within the genre. It's not just a collection of tracks, but a curated trip through varying feelings and emotions, darkness and light, joy and hope... It provided new subtleties to the potential of dance music which possibly had only been around in the ambient scene beforehand. Everyone consequently needed to "up their game".
A piece of art to listen all the way , from the beginin till the end... listen to it for more than 20 years and still the same pleasure every time specialy when thom yorke is singing .... !
