I'd love to hear how you were able to get in touch with someone like that and successfully bring them in as a contributor (even at a high level!) :).

ive been in Sales most of my career, never thought of it as transfer of enthusiasm, solid content, keep up the good work!
My other tip would be to ALWAYS focus on helping the other person - if you just focus on genuinely helping others - you’ll naturally sell

Dope interview, I've been seeing Ryan a lot in podcasts or longish-form TH-cam with other creators with either established people like Graham/Iced Coffee Hour or up and coming like now you, and honestly i didn't know who he was before that, so that in itself is pretty insightful to see. I think if there's one "meta-learning" from it is that people like him are finding value in these formats, I think people get really caught up in short form and for top of funnel type content it makes sense but but this kind of longer form is just stronger than ever IMO. Gary Vee used to say that a lot too, "do as I do, not so much as I say".
