I have been DYING to see your reaction! I was so ready to see your face at the “ONLY THE DEAD HAVE SEEN THE END OF WAR”. Probably THE hardest line, ever?? Also “A single Ninja Brian tear can feed a family of 27” took me out 😭💀 And that song at the outro sounds like a banger, I wonder who played guitar on it 🤔🤣
hey Ian, loved the video, i also have a problem with the lyrics and found out that NSP songs have the lyrics in the description. SOOO much better than youtube captions, can't wait to be able to hear the whole album, these nuts gonna be fire!
I know it would be expensive, But there needs to be at least a Galaxy hamster figure for sale. Only issue I see though is the Lego Bionicle feet they used.
Also, one more thing I'd like to mention is that this is, at least in my opinion, meant to be Power Metal. It has all the hallmarks of that genre including the epic lyrics
7:12 In the spirit of explaining the joke: Galaxy Hamster is doing Kamen Rider Black's transformation pose with the spinning wheel emulating the Rider's transformation belt activating. Also, Ultraman-style rise to become human sized.
Yeah, I don't watch the Sentai shows, but my buddy TV's Kyle is a huge fan. I saw the "reference" video Apartment D Films released after I made my reaction 😅
I’m just gonna say it because no one else in this comment section has. There’s a theory that this song is inspired by a character named Gundham Tanaka, a character from a video game Dan had recently played on Game Grumps. Gundham, to put it in the simplest and coolest terms as I can, is basically an edgelord that carries around a bunch of hamsters. Dan was immediately obsessed with the character, with fans sending him shirts with Gundham on it (one he even wore in a GG merch advertisement), and even getting sent a video message by the characters voice actor! NSP was also mentioned in said video message and Dan’s happy little gasp when it was mentioned warms my soul. Spoilers but Gundham sadly dies, and with tears streaming down his face Dan proclaims, quoting, “Dude honestly, without a doubt, one of my favorite characters of any game ever” So ya some including me believe this song is a tribute to a video game character that touched Dans heart so much. Sorry this is so long I just wanted to talk about it with me being a Gundham Tanaka fan myself. Rest in peace to Gundham, I hope your petting as many animals as you wants in pet heaven, you deserves it.
I've seen that playthrough! There may be some truth to that, tho Dan recently said it's also inspired by Weird Al's "Harvey the Wonder Hamster" song during their Patreon behind the scenes videos about the new album.
Hey Insane Ian, I've been wondering if you've reacted to 'Ameteur Wordsmith: Average Rapper Raps Averagely' by stupes. It's the first video on their channel and, at least I'm pretty sure, they're releasing a sequel soon.
Yes, I have! I've pretty much reacted to every song of theirs by now, actually...either here or on Patreon. I do know my reaction to that particular song is on here, tho!
@@Insaneian so it is, I just couldn't find it. I'll watch the reaction when I have time, since their beat saber song also goes hard. Thanks to my ADHD I just remembered how good Chi-Chi's vocals in "archangels" by NoneLikeJoshua are, especially closer to the end...
@@Insaneian I don't know if you generally react too or listen too this kind of stuff, but have you listened to ham sandwich? I can send of a playlist of some of his songs that I think would fit your "comedy musician reacts" (cause they're funny).
Ooh, I've just remembered something. There's this Aussie comedy musician and parodist. His name's Matt Storer. Most of his stuff is rather short, as they're for Instagram reels and tiktok.
A shame you didn't notice the 'TV FCK YA' in the top right corner at the very beginning of the video. .... I just... though I'd let you know... Love the videos!
@@Insaneian You know, I JUST NOW noticed something else in the music video. During the "-to defend those who have not been slain" part, if you look very closely innnto the hamster's big ole eyes, you can actually see both Rhinoceratops AND Superpuma from the hit song "Rhinoceratops vs Superpuma" by NSP. Oh, yeah, the kraken from "Release the Kraken" too, but, like... that guy isn't as interesting. The music video's packed with references. Neat stuff, eh?
@@Dafool1 I did point out there was a lot of NSP video references there, but they went by so fast I couldn't catch them all. That's awesome that those are in there, good catch!
It was an idea of Danny by taking the first three things (from his perspective at least haha) that everybody loves: ninjas, sex and parties (if that helps😅)

RIP Galaxy Hamster.
2022-2024
You weren’t exaggerating, it truly rocks! Awesome stop-motion animation. And the little squeak was priceless 😂!
RIP Galaxy Hamster, you will now know the end of war.
Bro is still alive, watch right to the end

That pause at 12:29 will haunt my dreams now...thanks for that. Also, it reminds me of Arin back when they did the Power Hour with the mouthguards.
Only the dead have seen the end of war... that line slapps so hard...
During the scene where they jump into the basement there's an image from the Power Hour video they did with Apartment D of Dan looking at the camera.
Whoa!

11:45 HAMPTER
Hampter is a meme, and it's so stupid but I could not stop myself from choking from laughing at this

Been waiting for this! Thanks for delivering ❤

It's actually the _Gridman_ rise, since it's his left arm and has that background.
That song is amazing, and i have an autographed CD of These Nuts.
Now I just have to dig a CD player out so i can -rip- play it!

Thanks! Glad to hear it, hope you dig the other videos!
New haircut? Lookin' sharp!
Yes. And thanks!
reminds me of the video for "Pumping Iron Power" by power metal band Grailknights

I wanna know how they got away with naming their band Ninja SEX Party XD
I mean, why not?
