Being of the Norse religion I am supposed to seek wisdom, and kind of stopped doing that while focusing on hunting and fishing. You have spured me back to doing what I'm supposed to be doing. Thank you again for that.
If suppressors aren’t “bearable arms” then why does the ATF care about them at all? It was called the “gun control act”, not the “accessory control act”.
Thanks for another great report!
I feel as though many of us in flyover country are not really interested in the fed's or their courts feels about our rights this month .
Sounds like you need to be Mr. Peterson's lawyer Anthony
OR MARK FOR DEFENSE !...
LIKE BODY VEST ARMOR IS NOT FOR DEFENSE OF LIFE ; BUT ONLY FOR ASSAULT AND BEING MADE ILLEGAL TO WEAR IN SENSITIVE AREAS !...
How the hell didn't the lawyer know about Bruen? WTF?
Saying that the NFA violates the 2nd Amendment is exactly what Bruen says
any law against 2 amendment is not legal. I can't figure out why it is a big deal about a silencer.
The recent Supreme Court repeal of the Chevron decision of allowing government agencies to create rules will likely help.
😮Dang they are stepping on some slippery Caca really 😳
So if the manufacturers build a silencer integrally into the barrel then it’s ok as then they are part of the firearm as hearing protection 👍🏼
So a muffler on a car is a dangerous weapon?
These people are absolutely insane for controlling people
You can easily attach an oil filter to a gun too.
Wow that is an insane arrest and confiscation.
I have watched a couple of your shows and I like the way you present things so I subscribed. Keep up the good work Patriot.
So it violated the 2nd amendment then it falls under the constitution of protection so they cant ban them
Thanks my brother
remember if you weld your suppressor on it’s an integrated part of a “bearable firearm” completely legal to have without tax stamp
Can you please just tell us what this means for us suppressor buyers? Most of us aren't lawyers
Thanks for the info. Good stuff
How do they charge for receiving a unlicensed firearm but then denied they were a firearm in the appeal?
Thank you for your content.
Thanks for this!
How about when the ATF failed to file a response and they gave them more time to do so
How is this possible , when supressors are legal with a tax stamp in quite a few states ? Why just because he didnt pay a tax stamp and avoided Registration… just absurd…
What do they not understand about "Not Infringing" ??
Still makes me think about how certain states (like CA) has suppressors illegal to own. Even if it is not on the firearm/or bought into the state crossing the boarder.
Yet another excellent video.
The supreme court said the ATF had no legal authority to regulate suppressors over a year ago but none of the 2A groups have been able to do anything about it.
Suppressors are basically NEVER used in crimes.
If they are saying that a suppressor is not a firearm and doesn't fall under 2A, then how are they listed as an NFA item which are firearms and weapons. Is it a firearm or not a firearm? If not a firearm, then he shouldnt be in court in the first place as the suppressor shouldnt be required to have an NFA tax stamp, right?
