Well I think Jaehaerys is Aemond without losing his eye and what he would be like after getting the revenge he desired
@@videobooks3 Hahahaha what? Aemond is Jaehaerys now? And why is that? Aemond literally makes shit decisions as regent, literally hands over KL because of his incompetency and dies despite having the largest dragon. He was a shithead with no concept of ruling. Dude literally compared Aemond to the greatest king of westeros who actually had a brain
Aemond is volatile and unhinged, I think it’s a bit of a reach to compare the two; I mean exterminating an entire house is overboard
Who is more ambitious Roger Baratheon, Tywin Lannister, or Otto Hightower?
I like the channel but I wish you would do more short form essay videos. 3 hours is a lot but you always have 20 mins to kill
I’m gonna subscribe anyway but here’s for help
Thanks, sadly we like tackling big topics and don't like doing Part 1, Part 2, etc.
I love the long content!! Please never change! ❤😊
@@videobooks3 oh I got ya
How can Viserys I, son of Baelon, be the first when Alyssa Velaryon, wife of Aenys I, said she lost two sons, Aegon and Viserys? can someone explain this to me? (Around 9:39 minute mark)
Is your theory based on Preston Jacobs' Dragon X Gene theory?
Yes 😊
I think it’s weird that you will mention he did that because they were women instead of because they lack military forces
lol I knew that baratheons and Targaryens were related but I didn’t know that if you are a Baratheon then you are just a Targaryen bastard
You ever gonna finish a game of thrones Summary (Part 4) ?
It's our next series 😂
@@videobooks3 wym?
@@R03G_JuJu so our next video is Game of thrones chapters 1-24, then chapters 25-48 and lastly chapters 49-72 😊
@@videobooks3 I’m talking about the first book, and you already did that
@@R03G_JuJu we're redoing it like we redid A dance with dragons and a feast for Crows with the tv show as a side by side comparison 👍
Maybe its just me but using the video of the portrayal of one of the Borgia pope's cheating wanton mistresses as a stand in for the pious Lady Lucinda made me laugh.
Are you sure he was why you were saying cruel because they were women and not because they were family because that’s another thing they all have in common
I knew who it was immediately but I said no it couldn’t be and it was!!! D you the man!
I don't think Rhaena was in open rebellion, there was no secession of the sort
I think you probably mean he was “besotted” with his wife.
"was improvished"?
Did you mean AEMON son of Jahaerys II or AEMOND one-eye the son of Viserys I title is confusing af
If it says aemond then aemond..
Is this guy related to Alt Shift X?
With all the usurping how did aegon's secret of The song of ice and fire
If Jon was a dark hair Targaryen and so were weren't Rhaenyras boys with Breakbones. So that is proof unknown Targaryens exist to the winds of winter timeline 🤷🤷
Probably yeah 😂 Jaehaerys might have fathered some bastards as we'll see later in his reign
what is with the title? this has nothing to do with aemond....
Well we reckon Jaehaerys is what Aemond would have been like as King, but it's just our opinion haha
I just found this channel and I'm loving it. Your commentary alongside the reading is very informative.
Unfortunately, your occasional misreadings and mispronunciations do detract and distract. I would suggest that you check any words that you're not sure about. Don't take this the wrong way, I don't mean to offend. It's just my opinion that these readings would be even better if you didn't make these few mistakes.
Low key maestars need to be checked at some point

Seriously man just call it a jaehaerys video
Ser gyles is pronounced jyles or jiles,
The one eyed king s d his witch queen
There’s a lot of parallels between Jaehareys Alysanne and Rhaena and Aegon Rhaenys and Visenya or is it just me…? Two madly in love and the third wheel LGBTQ coded… two spoken of like star crossed lovers and the third talked down at like an scheming witch…
“Queen”
In short: Sexism destroys entire dynasties
Saly?
I do realize that this is a work of fiction, and not to be taken as a history lesson, right? 😂😮
Nice video! But it pains me everytime a name is mispronounced.
SMH, no purpose “what if “…you cannot predict how he would’ve ruled.
Well if you watch our Maegor video you'll see how much House of the dragon season 1 mirrors the conflict between Aenys and Maegor
😂😂 lord no
the magic was dying anyways
🎉
Milking the cow to the fucking bone my guy
First Comment? 👀
Is this supposed to be a flex? 💀
Asarrrghhhhh the way he keeps pronouncing the name "Arya" as "Area" is driving me nuts!!! 😝
i like the feminist comments .... on a fantasy book.
Don’t get me wrong the old king Jae is great but the whole thing with rhaenyse is bs and in my opinion it led to a war much bloodier and more gruesome than the possible war that would’ve happened if gave the throne to his granddaughter. Honestly the guy writ an essay on why he and descendants could bang their sisters and it okay from and actually it worked you mean to tell me that they won’t except it and f you say that women can rule . I think it just him wanting to avoid looking like he stole the throne from his niece after all he wasn’t the first in line . I don’t know the mire I learn about him the more I am disappointed it’s not about feminism it’s just common sense a lot of the shit he pulled on his daughters is not even necessary and just pure pride , personal pride not as a king or something even his whole fe who knows him the best told him that .
