If this stuff is good for foam why does it not mention that it is good for foam on the label ??? I passed it by in the store when it didn't say it was good for foam !!!!
You can also use 3M paint on contact cement for small pieces.. Foam to foam... Other brands will work too but I like 3M products and this is about their products so I'm sticking with 3m (pun intended! LoL) As with the spray it works best to coat both sides that will be glued, then give it a little time to get tacky before you stick them together. Try to get it right the first time as it can be hard to re-position.

My neighbor used an old can of paint thinner from his dads garage without using a mask or gloves. Gave himself methane poisoning which burned his retinas. Hes now going through therapy to learn to live blind. Hes 45.

does this work for fabrics?
It can, but it should always be tested first. As some fabrics are too heavy and some are too light weight.
Why do you need batting on foam though?
Batting will give the cushion a rounded look at the corners. If this is not desired don't use it in the cushion.
@@SailriteDIY Batting helps keep the outer material from bunching up and also helps it breathe. A small layer of batting has many benefits.
Can you glue fake fur to something with it??????
Yes, but for more holding power use 3M General Trim Adhesive. Always test for results before applying to project!
