This was awesome. Thanks for putting it together. I just built up a new madone with the 13sp xplr transmission because it has a universal hanger. Also I have the 50t aero chainring like your build.
Keep your videos coming. Thanks guys
The Green looks 😍 btw. We should have a "sick" counter running on the video🤣
I did slip and fall down on with the Time pedal cleats. Had elbow X-rayed. Ok , just a small knot remained. I screwed in a modified rubber heal guard on my Sidi shoes... Much better walking now. I recommend it!
I love Time pedals. Have the pro carbon 12. Glad to see they’ve come out with new stuff.
That green os incredible 🤤
Red XPLR! The Road T-Type is coming
Wich Handlebar Tape do you use here? Looks good😊
May I ask how tall you are? And the frame is size 54? And how long stem? Would you have chosen differently, or is it "perfect"? I really enjoy your content:D
Sick bike!
Those cardboard boxes are probably more robust than that bike frame. To test my theory drop these on the floor and see which one fails first. 😁
I honestly love seeing the new box designs. They are crazy. Think about how much money and rnd goes into cardboard box design haha
Im188cm, and not know what frame size i need, 56 or 58
What size rear cassette are you running?
thoughts on hope 2 pot rotors? roadies need more stoppies!
On my drop bar mtb I ran 4 pop and definitely preferred it
56 size? What you height?
How hilly is it where you live? I live in Utah with mountains. Don’t know I could get by with 1x crank.
Extremely hilly but everything it short maxing out around 400ft. It’s like a death by a thousand cuts situation.
Are you running an XPLR RD?
Just the standard red
There's no H in SRAM people
Aliexpress made?
Yes
What is ‘Transmission’?
Nice bike. How is the wear and tear on the crank/cassette/chain with the 1 by? Same life as 2 bys?
I’ve always thought it was better running a 1x
@@bicyclestation Since the chain angles more in the lowest/highest gears, I thought it would wear out quickly. Great channel, and you're living the dream.
Let me issue a correction. I always thought it was better running 1x because I was using xx1 coated eagle chains. Those chains were like indestructible. Flat top I haven’t really blow one up so I don’t feel like it’s a concern but felt like I should say something.
Appreciate it! It’s been a fun year so far. The channel has definitely changed my life
Would you say reusing the barb and olive is dangerous or mostly fine?
I’ve done it over 100 times at this point. I don’t think it’s dangerous at all
@@bicyclestation good to know. The bike looks sick!
Appreciate it!
Your first Time?
Every time Is my first
Which company is the handlebar tape? nice channel! Greetings from Germany
God and famous
How many bikes are you guys allowed to EP? lmfao
I don't know what your talking about we pay full price for everything on the channel lol
Is there a Force aero chainring?
You can put this chainring on a force crank
can i ask for your future videos if you can show the weight of bike in kilograms (kg) because im not really familiar in lbs weight 🥰😘😘😉
i mean can you show us weighting in kilograms.... Thank you so much if you read this. See you in future videos. You're awesome!
Haha I kinda think it’s funny that we only do lbs. pretty much every other cycling channel only says kg. I’ll consider it though lol.
@@bicyclestation yeah its pretty funny, its nice watching ur chilly bike builds videos haha great bike mechanic you are.. thanks
Tell me you got money without telling me you got money 😅
People are spending 22k on pinerello. These companies are getting out of hand
You really need to lose those 80's ugly bottle cages and save like 100g right there. 13, 13 1/2 pounds is really not that difficult for this bike.
Last time I checked the silca cages were like 20 grams. I don’t know what you’re talking about?
that is nice
