so good !!! All I saw from you is simply wonderful, the description of the tutorials could not be more precise and profound in this short time. your personal note is simply nice to observe. I might be wrong, but think, that you started this work due to the crazy pandemic situation. If so, I must say, this is my utmost best discovery and benefit taken out of Corona. Please continue and let us take part of your profound knowledge and sympatic attitude to transmit. Thank you so much.
I love your words the moment that you experiencing is now, I love asthanga yoga, I am glad that I found you this is a great tips for me to continue my ashtanga practice, I just joined you and look forward seeing the ashtanga flow from you, keep sharing
Great video, Ethan, thank you. I first heard the “slow is smooth, smooth is fast” quote from a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teacher of mine, who said it’s commonly spoken among Navy SEALs. I’ve also heard that a variation of this quote came from Napoleon. Hope this helps!
ScubaSchaef Amazing! Thank you for this - I wasn’t sure if it was a commonly known saying, but it’s one that you can always feel in disciplined practice. I’m sure it’s a massive lesson in BJJ⚡️
Hallo Ethan, your Videos are really Great and helpful. And you said something very true. If we Allow little breaks during the practice, it s very easy to be lead to negative thoughts and alikes. In my case though, I get easily out of breath, loosing my Ujiayi or pushing it or making it heavy. I m tendencially an anxious type and I d really love to experience also calmness in my practice. What do you recommend? Thank you NamasTE 🙏
How early do you start? I usually wake up at 5:30 and start around 5:45 with Shatkarmas and then Asana and Pranayama and meditation. Should it be when the Sun rises?
I love ALL of this! Music. Advice. Everything!! Thank you. 👋🏽🥰❗🙏💕
Time stamps

I love your tips, just want to mention the music is a little too loud and distracting. Thanks!
Agree with both comments 🙂 fantastic teaching methods! Get a bit drowned in the music.
"slow is smooth and smooth is fast" this quote is from movie "Shooter" (2007 r) 🤗🙏
Frequently attributed to US Navy SEAL training
Heard that saying from my Karate teacher Ethan. Could originate from martial artists.
