I have watched this repeatedly. Without doubt, you are the best. I feel like getting this house plan and have one in my home. However, I feel I could have the main entrance facing the gate. And additionally I would include an attached garage so that the second living room entrance opens into the garage. I would also shift the common bathroom and fix it in the laundry. And finally I would elevate the general roof to at least between 40° and 45° off the ceiling. Thanks for bringing this one bro.

@@kingsman7965 Standardization, consistency, quality of workmanship are more a safety issue than a monetary issue. A home can look good, but is it a safety hazard? This is why it will be important for home inspections to commence before a house is put up for sale in Kenya. Kenya is not yet there but there is hope Kenya will get there especially with the new administration which has promised to standardize building codes.

As an ex Kenyan living in Canada and US, I like the materials used on the floor, and kitchen. However, it’s unfortunate that in crime ridden Nairobi the rich have to live in a military style barricaded walled compound, with a concrete wall to stare at. N. American homes have unobstructed open views of nature and trendy landscaped gardens. Now I understand why the corrupt rich Kenyans enjoy secondary homes overseas we N.Americans take for granted.
However, the Karen and Lavington homes slightly resemble Canadian suburban subdivisions and urban mansions.
Noticed the Kenyan fundis use antiquated mangrove scaffolding. Wonder if Nairobi mansions can withstand natural disasters.

My friend what are you talking about. A house like this will cost you a cool $800k in California or 550k USD in Texas. This house is magnificent and the cost of the land and high end finishes is worth the price.

@@shashaman88 be serious..you.simply cannot compare the dollar to the shilling..its 120 times...this are just greedy individual who change the weights of scales to benefit themselves... look at Ghana whos currency is stronger than Kenya and see bigger houses which cost cheaper as compared to this one and mind you they export even most things

Which European country for example as I would happily move to greener pastures? Currently I live in Paris, France and for the price of that house I cannot even buy my one bedroom apartment. I would need at least double that to buy it. I also know that nowhere in this country can I find a house like that with that much land for that price. Clearly, France is not part of the European countries you are talking about. Please, tell me which one
