If the videos are for advertising, I would recommend that you guys refrain from giving negative views based on your personal opinions about the designs or crtitiquing them against another one.... Just market the house to the best of it's strengths... You can mention the obvious negatives but don't give your opinions (if negative) about the house... It beats the reason for advertising/marketing it.... Just display its features and market it, let the viewers decide whether they love it all or not.

I think they are using reversed psychology. Many of the negative things mentioned, I like them more after their comments.
I agree with you. Sounds more like a critique of the house. Guys,just showcase the house. Remember always,it was not made to suit your individual tastes. What's not good to you is not necessarily bad to someone else
I like the transparency. Hiding flaws just results in disgruntled customers, who may not even buy after discovering some features which were overlooked in the ad. The salesman's opinion may not be the msin factor that influences the buyer's decision

I know...have a long entryway or foyer. Whenever I see beautiful Kenyan homes from the exterior, I always expect some sort of let down in the interior layout design or finishing. I'm also done with the gypsum ceilings and LED lighting....but to each his own.

let me educate you on the importance of a sink in the dinning area; one you cannot send your guest to the toilet to wash hands so that they can eat, the sink in the kitchen is of washing utensil's not dirty hands, hio ni bedsitter mentality of doing all your washing including brushing teeth in kitchen sink,

He didn't say that you shouldn't have a sink in the dining area, but instead go for a vanity sink' definition - 'A hand basin built into a wooden Formica-covered or tiled top, usually with a built-in cupboard below it.' a vanity is more visually appealing than the normal sink.

Wow! great house! .... With mazeras it is non slippery ..... I know of one friend who used mazeras for the kitchen floor which really matched well with the cabinetry.

I think something had to give, either you get a sizeable parking area or you sacrifice it for a backyard. In this case, they went with a sizeable parking.

Not a fan of sinks in the dining space; would have loved the continous windows ; beautiful kitchen ; love neutral lighting ; flooring for me laminate wood rooms/living/dining: Tiles bathroom(s) ; /kitchen. Gorgeous pantry and great yard. I would do a rock garden and pavers on the side yard . Great job on the staircase ! love the shelving . Laundry area kudos finally seeing one that is built correctly! covered too. Question why are shower(s) not built with cubicles for separation? . A barn door separating the room/guest bathroom would have worked to, great job. Window coverings other than curtains like various modes of window blinds. Bathroom upstairs great job! Sliding doors are great too loving everything about the upstairs. Master bedroom walk in closet! amazing love bold colors! beautiful bathroom and love the natural lighting. Frosted glass is awesome/ barndoor can work too. Overall love this home great job!

I like the house. The hidden landing stairs and kitchen window size are features I have used in my own house. It is a plus.
However.... the front veranda and gazebo ..in my opinion needs a different colour...rustic or that mazeras you mentioned. The front floor belongs to the swimming pool

Great house, design & space offered for the property but lack of mirrors in any of the rooms is wanting mirrors should bring the aesthetics of the house much better small details matters a lot
The shower head on the other rooms look misplaced. Seems like one would have to stand in the tab to shower.
A stone coated grey mabati roofing would greatly enhance its beauty and value and justify the cost of 27 million. Could also have had a lobby before stepping into the living room. Otherwise nice house

Beautiful house. The house is very attractive and I was very excited as you were going through the house until you got to the Master bedroom. It was a let down, especially the walk-in closet which is terribly small. I couldn't believe how small it was!!!!. The master bathroom too could be bigger. The master bedroom is where the owner and buyer of the house will spend most of their time, and space is of the utmost importance here to me. Large space! Very very important. No DSQ? Not excited about sharing guest bath. Excellent presentation, and I like the conversation between Mansa & Will. Keep it up, guys!

The common washroom with the guest in not a nice i dea coz someone could be pressed and they burst in there. What really happens if you are caught pants down since it cam be accessed through 2 doors. They should have had like a red and green light to signal when it's occupied and when it's not.

Is it a gated community? I saw only two houses. It’s a lovely house. I love it ❤
One criticism is I don’t like the entry into the house. For such a large house, I would like to see a welcoming foyer not just walking in into the living room.
Sure thing, a foyer would be nice. The houses have already been sold. It was a small community of 4 houses but their new project is more like a gated community.

Mansa, you guys are good however there is room for improvement. Firstly, don't laugh at the negative or infer a negative with a laugh or giggle. That already diminishes the confidence of a buyer interested in the house. Secondly, learn the house; fixtures and fittings and names of all materials used to finish the house. It is important. Lastly, stop critiquing an area due to climate or weather. As it is the person looking to buy in that area is privy to the weather and/or if you are emphasising on the weather, dont giggle or laugh after speaking about the climate. Nevertheless, as earlier said...there is still room for improvements. After all you guys are in this business to be the best, be the best. Anyhoo, Thank you for all.
