As retirees, living next to a mosque is just not the most prudent idea. The noise, especially very early in the morning 😮, nope

There is this thing about interior finishings that always makes me cringe. Sockets not aligned, it tells me what to expect about the whole house finishing - Basic! As the saying goes, as long as you have four walls around you, good for you!

I actually really like the simplicity of this home. Though the Land is separate, it is a good size.
There is always a gap under the front door, how will this prevent the visitation of creepy crawly critters of the 8 legged variety?

Looks ok if its a retirement home. 155 sqm and the stair space... i doubt the rooms are spacious. I would redesign the upper floor and roofing to have a 3rd bedroom and make the lower floor bedroom my studyroom. Kitchen too make room for a dishwasher, what about laundry area? Space utility here was not well thought out. That primary bedroom balcony ...

Who on earth says *this room is same as the other one*, and you finish at that. Why can't you first go sort your unfinished business then come back when settled and give us a satisfactory piece.

The 47s u v upped ua game. The only problem is that u don't do landscaping n perimeter wall. Maybe u should consider all inclusive packages. Otherwise the house is ni n unique, but for a couple nearly retiring I would expect them to prefer larger story spaces.
