A good home for tearing apart and calling the 'fine urban interior' peoples to have a field day with this one. Obliterate the small rooms and 1970s tile work, expand the rooms, then pimp the place out. And if you have old knees, on a such a spacious plot, a 3-bedroom 80ft by 78ft bungalow can fit here, complete with a spacious covered lanai, a outdoor summer kitchen, dinning, living room and a swimming pool or waterfall in the back. Land is huge enough to accommodate average en-suite bedroom sizes at 15ft X 13ft, without including the attached bathrooms.... all flat floor no lips

love the idea of the swimming pool and the upstairs tiles etc.
I would add an extension to level the entrance into the dining room without walking down and up those sunken steps. Sure it would cut out a small 4x6 area, but when you are bringing in groceries it can be a pain.
