Great set up brother, showing the capability of the GP rifle and optic combo. Very capable set up coming in under $1000.00. It's "salad days" for the modern day American rifleman with a whole lot of nice engineering packaged at a low price point! Now to get more men off the couch and doing the work!! 👍
Yes sir, it’s definitely a handy and very capable rifle. A setup like this didn’t exist 15 years ago, and to have one custom built was very expensive. Anymore I only want what I need, not what is flashy. I’d love to get more men off the couch and hopefully I can help inspire and enable some to do that. There’s too many flabby, flaccid and feminine guys out there wasting their lives and health living vicariously through other men on TV and the internet. Sadly I don’t know how many of them realize it.
@@BadlandsRifleman100%!! Self disciplined men are becoming rare as hens teeth! The few around do stand out amongst the crowd. It’s our ethos as men to attain to higher levels of self discipline. else we suffer with the end result of the culture we see today! That stated I gravitate towards Marine vets such as your self and Joe Dolio for content consumption and reading. I think the Corp has trained y’all very well in the art of practically equipping oneself and it does seem ingrained in the veteran Marines i have befriended in my AO. Keep it going brother your content is a value add!
@joegeezer6375 Thank you sir, I appreciate the feedback. To be fair it’s not always easy to be disciplined, especially in today’s society of excesses. I’ve had plenty of experience with some of those, but I think the most important element is whether a guy is willing to put the work in to improve and just keep pursuing improvement for himself and those that depend on him.
Me too, I think this rifle and scope combo is a winner for sure. I’d like to get some irons fitted to the rifle eventually but other than that I can’t see anything that needs. changed. Thanks for watching!
@@BadlandsRifleman no looks good I have three setup almost identical to yours 556, 300 blk, and 762x39 (with occam ak mag well). I just don’t have a bag on the back. Skinner makes a scout rail with irons for them that’ll work with medium rings.
@Papawsaurus yes sir, I’ve got the ranch in 6.5 Grendel with the Skinner scout rail, I like it but I’m going to go with a regular blade front sight on this one.
