Lord Storm here, its time baby! she gonna be a menace, aot of ppl still wont play her properly or even play her bc of Reed and Sue but i will continue to main/one trick her lol Feel the wrath of the Goddess!!! her team up with Human Torch making her ul even stronger is also something to think about in the 2nd half of the season.

One thing to note, there were a few things not mentioned in the actual patch notes for a few characters but was confirmed by people testing it on the test server, Storm also got a buff in her falloff damage its a bit further now.

Hell yeahh, then i have been playing Storm very efficiently, I clean objects for my team and defend my healers from divers.
That way, we dont need 2 tanks and run a 2 - 3 - 1 instead. Let the DPS bois go ham while i chill in the back support and kill enemies flankers. I take and move between covers and poke out with the lighting strike and successfully wipe half a team on top of convoy every time. I'm always 1st or 2nd in dmg output in my team.
Storm is a team player, she has a lot of AOE, ppl just want to use her to run off and get kills, but they feed real hard instead and then blame her for not being Ironman. Love the vid! Storm is fundamentally a hybrid role character, so it takes time to properly get good at her. But thats what make her fun to play.
People complaining about Storm being slow at damage aren't factoring in her AoE damage buff on allies. Throw that on and he DPS is probably nutty.
