The Utah Saints themselves at the billiards table, the girl's mouths hanging open, Benjamin Pew's spit take and his mate's 1000-yard stare, and that's the first minute. Good lord, the tv interviews.... Considering the video is 14 years old and the original song is almost 30 years old, this still rocks.

I was in Miami in 1993 with my father and visited a record store. I had 10 dollars to spare. I noticed a tape with the group ”Utah Saints” and thought the name sounded cool so I bought the tape. I have never regretted it. So many good songs. My dad is dead now but the memory of that hot Miami-afternoon in July when i experianced Utah Saints will forever be with me.

I remember I learned the running man after watching this, and tried (and occasionally succeeded) to pull this off in the clubs in the small city I lived in. Most people thought I was a "lunatic" but no one said alas no one said "it was the freshest move I ever seen".
Its near impossible. I think Salt'n'Peppa did it first. Or was it Bananarama...?
I learned it when The Power - Snap came out, although its the fastest way to turn yourslef into a ball of sweat on the dancefloor :)

So relatable I was so impressed with this guy I learned the running man. I even dressed like him (Including the fox tail) every time I went out. And especially stole his mentality. Just walk into a room and dance like a lunatic and soon you will find people joining in.

I remember when this song first came out - I couldn’t get enough of it, but everyone else seem to think I was out of my mind. I always knew this song was way before it’s time! Every time I hear it I get pumped! It’s not a song you can listen to and sit still or at the least crack a smirk while fantasizing killing it on the dance floor. I cannot believe I’ve never seen this version! It’s still unbelievable here in 2021!

@@jonharper8963 I used to dj hardhouae in clubs in Plymouth in the early 00s and also when building my kitchen I made shore that I built a 1k sound system into the units ( they can't be changed or replaced) ..... this tune loud is a banger , do u know if there is a long version ( can't seem to find 1 ) as I think it would go nicely dropped in the middle of a hard house set ....
