Was it the 90s that were the best or was it your child hood that was the best time of your life? We'll never know how much of it was the decade itself or our childhood, teenage years, 30's etc.
Yes, this one and Something Good. They made me want to dance, and I considered it rave music then, but it is timeless. I was in my late 30's when this came out.
Haha there seems like a lot of 53 year olds commenting on here? So am I. What a track this was though. Probably one of if not my favourite tunes from back then? When this came on in the club i don't know what it was but what a feeling, rush it gave you? Their other track called such a good feeling was also a banging track
From Thailand here. Fucking classic - one of my all favorite songs. 90s was the best by far for music. I am 50 but 16 at heart, the fucking good old days - I sure wish I could go back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@jamesperkins191 Utah Saints u u u tah saints u tah saints I guess it comes from hip hop? KLF is only justified & ancient band I remember blatantly promoting its brand constantly.
Great track of my younger years. I'm 52 now, my mind tells me I'm 22. What happened? My kids take a picture of me and it takes a minute to work out that the image is me, not the one in my memory
My mum had this album on cassette and she used to play it in the car. I remember many long trips as a child listening to this next to my sister in the back of the car. Great memories
If u grew up in the 80/90s.... u wanted the best & U GOT THE BEST... Thanks to tracks like this... & the simple fact that these were the best times.. FULL STOP... I'd go back in a heartbeat!
I saw them live NYE eve 2023 in Pompey & it was like going back in time 30 odd years without the aid of a DeLorean. A most excellent evening; Reach for the lasers!
This song was my introduction to dance music, my cousin had it on cassette, he played it to me on his Walkman and it blew my mind! By the end of the 90s I was a full blown raver! 😅😅😂❤✌️🤘
The hottest band in the world! We got the best! This CD would go on repeat and I could listen to it for days. The bass lines sucked me in. I was a Canadian headbanger with closet techno tendencies, and this just stretched everything I knew. Great tie ins with Annie Lennox and Kate Bush for a kid from the 80s. I was listening to NIN and Ministry's Psalm 69 by this time too. I was leaving my drunken highschool buddies behind. In 93 I went to Europe. This CD went with me. I walked for hours around London and Amsterdam with this CD blaring in my head.

Were they still releasing singles on tape back then? I honestly don't know as I always bought vinyl singles, either 7" or 12" collectors releases so never paid attention to the tape side of things, except for albums. Well now I feel ancient, someone pass me a Horlicks 🙂

If I remember rightly ..... There Must Be An Angel by The Eurythmics and Ain't Nothing Goin' On (But the Rent) by Gwen Guthrie. The Bass-line was inspired by My Prerogative by Bobby Brown.

They've got to be the most underrated band of their generation. Timeless. Relentlessly superb.
They were sort of a repeat of the KLF which was defunct in 1991. With all the sampling + repeat their band name several times every song.
