As someone with Turner Syndrome this video makes me pissed. Its not as scary as they make it seem. Yeah you can have heart issues but planning and keeping up with doctors help.

I know two females with Turner Syndrome. One is an friend from college and the other is my niece. They both present Turner Syndrome very differently physically. The common characteristic they have is short stature.
@@ldee4127 i think it varies as much mentally as it does physically. My niece takes a long time to learn a process or a skill but when she does, said skill seems to never be forgotten. I taught her to parallel park one night and we didn't go driving for couple months bit when we did she did that park like she didn't skip a beat
Turner syndrome isn't something that happens later in life. It happens in the womb even though some aren't diagnosed until after they are born. I was diagnosed at 9

Please do better research than a quick Google search. There has been a great deal of research and development done over the last 13+ years. The medical field has come to realize that not only girls can have Turner’s, but boys as well.
@Amy Thaler of course not! Men may have another similar condition. Women have two xx chromosomes (the lack of one of them is what causes TS) and men have X and Y chromosomes, so Turner syndrome itself only affects Women
Like everything else , there is a graph showing it sprinkled into every race ! Probably goes undiagnosed in pooer countries, don't ya think ?! Its just the west likes too diagnose and label everything !
