Oh my gosh thank you so so so much for posting this. I’m 27 and raising my 14 year old sister. Just got us into my first apartment, and had spent my last bit of money on a portable washer and dryer. I just got laid off, so when I found out the tube didn’t fit my sink I thought it was the end of the world. I wish I was creative enough to have came up with this on my own, but since I’m not, I’m super grateful you posted yours!!!
@@Hippiewitch42o get you a bucket, a 5 gallon bucket is easier and use it to fill the washer. I set my in the bathtub. That way I can fill it, wash, and drain in 1 easy area.
I just bought a used portable first time I used it I filled it with buckets but your idea of using the funnel and connect to the shower head was just brilliant thanks
You can change the direction of the drain hose. Place the unit lying flat so that you can see the bottom. The drain hose is just tucked underneath some clamps. You can take it out of the clamp and then reattach it to the other set of clamps that are facinf towards the right. That way you dont have to bend your drain hose all the way from the left side of the unit.
A good tip to measure the amount of clothes to wash is to fill the spin cycle side. If they fit dry in the spinner then it won’t be too much on the washer side 👍
Just an fyi here. What the manufacturer does not tell us is that the weight limits they give are for wet clothes. In order to prolong the life of the machine, you need to place about 5lbs of clothes in the wash and 3lbs in the spinner. NOTE: I forgot to mention that all the machines have water level marking: L
I bought the exact same washer from Temu but they didn't tell that you need an adapter for your faucet. So until I receive it I can't use it. BUT, one of the comments mentioned using a bucket to fill the washer, VERY HELPFUL IDEA!!!! AND this video showed me how to operate my machine since the instructions made no sense to be able to understand.❤
This is the kind of tutorial I was looking for !! Good job covered everything I wanted to know .Now I'm gona purchase this as a gift to my son ,a new daddy of a 9 month old , and another one will be here new years day ...he spends so much $ @ the laundermat...even though I work at a laundromat 😂
This is the BEST video on this! You went through every step and got creative too! THANK YOU! I’m now brave enough to make my first load! Gonna buy a funnel too cause I can’t hook it up to any faucet or shower here!
You're overloading it. For best results for the speed to go round agitating. Put less laundry in, you'll find it turns alot faster and washed better for great results. Its struggling to move with how many heavy things you have inside, eventually that will break the motor. I've seen it happen too often. Good luck.
Yes that's correct, I'm just trying to help, I have one of those machines and if the wash load isn't spinning fast, it's overloaded. I don't want your motor to burn out.
Thank you for shi is about the funnel, I got mine today and didn't know how I was gonna wash my clothes 🤦🏻♀️ then I seen this. Went out bought a funnel and hooked it up and clothes are washing 🤗❤️
If you attach the hose to the water inlet, you can rinse the clothes so much easier. Allow the water to run about 1 min. or until the water runs clean, spin the remaining 4 mins. So much easier, and saves time and water.
I am going to purches one of these This was very helpful. It was easy to understand you thank you for explaining it the way you did. Some videos go way to fast, when they try to show you how its done.
Thank you you're the only one who said that you added fabric softener. I wasn't really sure because no one talked about adding fabric softener to their rinse cycle. So thank you. Yes if someone would have said yes I added fabric softener but my machine broke or got messed up somehow I would have known not to use it. If you don't ask you'll never know. 😂 So again thank.
Mine had a manual, you could tell it was translated from Chinese and it wasn't a great deal of use. I managed to set it up without too much difficulty.
I have the same machine if you are wondering how much it is able to handle at a time no more then about 2 pairs of pants and a shirt or the equivalent of that amount and you should not have a problem.
Just got mine as a gift from my son and I can't wait to use it..😊 where was this thingy wen my baby's was babys? 😂😂.. it's ok I'ma empty nester now and it's juuus rite 4me❤
I place mine on a stand so the machine is lower than the water input but above the water intake. Gravity (and keeping the water away from the electrical cord) is your friend
This is an amazing video, thank you so much. I purchased one and I just did my first load and I definitely added way too much soap. Does anyone happen to know the best amount of liquid soap so you’re not left with tons of suds?
Thank you for this! The directions that came with mine aren’t very clear. I do have a question though. Does anyone happen to know what the water inlet is for on the spinning side?
Can u add water directly to the machine instead of hooking it up to the shower head Also wats the other water intake for I bought it 2 weeks ago and barely gonna connect it
I found that using the hose takes too long to fill. In the kitchen, I'll use a pitcher, and in the bathtub, I use the detachable shower head. I'll use the hose and funnel on the spin side.
Me neither! Manual makes no sense. Instructions for cleaning filter says: "first put the bottom into the hole and then press it". What does that mean??!
so at first I couldnt get my lint trap off either (i was afraid of breaking it) but then i just did it. So at the top of the lint trap piece there is a slight indentation, you want to push down on it while àt the same time pulling the top of it towards you. once you have it out a little bit pull upwards and this releases the bottom pin part from it's hole allowing the whole thing to be free. Once you hàve cleaned it, you put it back in at a slight angle, bottom first and once you place the bottom pin in the hole , push down and inward at the same time and the top part just pops back into place. Hope this helps. my instructions arent always the best but at least I'm not trying to give you directions anywhere - u could end up in timbuck two!! Lol 11:20

How do you measure how heavy your clothes are before putting them in the washer?
I usually get on the scale and pick up the clothes until I reach the weight allowed.@@itsmesteve1081

Some specify how many pieces of clothing you can put in for a Load.
Just don't put in too many @ a time👍

Do you mean just pour buckets of water directly into the drum? Or through the hose?
Way better than in the shower! Thanks I’ll be doing that too now😂
So you don't need to use the flexi pipe to fill it up?u can just use bucket to fill it?

That load was overloaded by at least three heavy items, you wouldn't get the agitation for a real clean. Also overloading can wear out the motor quick
Thank you for this! The directions that came with mine aren’t very clear. I do have a question though. Does anyone happen to know what the water inlet is for on the spinning side?
It's for rinsing while spinning. You can do it either way.
I just purchased a different shower head that has a hose and I can put it in the machine.🙂
Danke, fraulein
i think you didn't mention what was the second inlet for!
What is the 2nd water inlet for on the right? You didn’t mention.
Thank you so mich for sharing 😊
So what happen when the water goes up in the motor under the bottom?
Yes please be careful with the electrical cord being by that water very dangerous
Great video!!! Thank you!!
Is it possible to just pour in fresh water from a bucket?
From some comments above looks like folks do that too and apparently it has water fill lines on the inside that res L M H near the filter
i have a small dog and want to buy one to wash his bed and toys. do you think it will work?
Can u add water directly to the machine instead of hooking it up to the shower head
Also wats the other water intake for
I bought it 2 weeks ago and barely gonna connect it
Do you actually need to use the hose? for anything other than convenience? Or can you just fill up the washing tub with a bucket or something?
Why would filling, carrying and dumping multiple buckets of water - with possible spillage - be the preferred method to filling the machine?
I found that using the hose takes too long to fill. In the kitchen, I'll use a pitcher, and in the bathtub, I use the detachable shower head. I'll use the hose and funnel on the spin side.
I find it quite easy to fill the tub up with bowls of water, 4 or 5 bowls will fill it up to the medium level.
Hi, where did you buy that hose with funnel, can you send the link?
How long it takes too dry when you finish spin drying it
Question i have what is use of the other water inlet lol is it jus in case of water positioning or to rinse while it spins lol
Could you not use a bucket to fill up the machine instead?
Thank you...
Thanks!! 😊
Can you wash and dry at the same time
Are you suppose to fill the dryer side with water ? Why is their a fill port for the spinner dry side

My only issue is the drying😢... You still have to hang dry?

Isn't it risky with the electrical cord in the tub?
I don't think so, I use mine in my shower all the time, as long as the electric outlet stays dry.
I have sliding doors and pull the cord through the handle. I attach that cord to an appliance extension cord. Nothing gets wet.
