You have way too much water in it check the water level line inside of the washer. I put a small crack in mine doing that. It’s still works but I gotta use it inside of the tub. I love mine😊
OUT OF THE BOX my Spinner does not work. They gave me instruction to open the back? do you know anything about this? Also I cannot remove that lint trap inside the washer tub....I am so bummed. I spent days and hours looking at these and this was the brand I bought.
Omg I'm so sorry about your experience to this product I hope they will give you a refund or exchange...I don't experience any problem until today .but thanks for sharing your experience
@@unyotv1107 They won't exchange it. They did give me most of my money back. I'm looking for someone online that has opened the back and can walk me through those instructions. Also I cannot remove that lint filter. Do I squeeze it and pull out or up or down? It won't budge.
