When I first started my journey to healthy living, it is so hard for me because most of the video that I watched, barely (probably never) include rice as their carbs. You have to enjoy what you’re eating in order for you to stay consistent! It’s not about eating salads everyday and starving yourself! Find healthy foods you enjoy and you’ll find it so much easier to stay on track! Ps love you Krissy! 💜

I dont understand why some people dont use the Egg yolk. Its just a waste..and the scrambled eggs looks so dry. 😪 I would recommend to not stir the scrambled eggs immediately, let it set for a few seconds on low heat and stir it only into the middle of the pan (from the outside into the middle). With a little bit of milk it should look and taste so much better. I even dont understand why north American people, but also fitness people, are so afraid of using oil. You can get fat aswell from oliveoil, olives, sunfloweroil, flaxseedoil, seeds etc. All i see ist avocado, Peanutbutter and lean meat. Her meals looks healthy, but it would be so boring to eat every other das the same meals. I watched some of her "what i eat in a day" and she eats the same things everyday..
Mareike Emig I personally buy both pasture raised eggs and generic eggs. The nutritional profile of the yolks is far superior to generic eggs. With the generic eggs though I just want the whites therefore discard the yolk. I agree with you on the variety of meats shouldn’t just be chicken. I like beef and pork. I love veal the most but it’s very expensive alas.
Oil is calorically dense, I’m actually surprised to see how much oil she is using in these videos! Over 100 calories per tablespoon is not worth it when you can only consume 1500 to lose weight. And if her meals look consistent then I think it’s great because it shows how embedded eating well and balanced is for her and she finds it sustainable and enjoyable :)
San Francisco here 👋 I loved this video! And that advice, girl, is AMAZING. Sustainability over short term gratification is key. Just from my personal experience, I did just about every diet in the book and I now do IF. It helped me completely cure my over eating at night and has made it so much easier to feel full and I intuitively eat before and after workouts. ☺️

I found this video useful and inspiring and I could totally relate to everything you were saying, especially when you talk about living a sustainable life. I tried the intermittent fasting and cutting out bread, etc but those things didn’t work for me and were definitely not sustainable. I like what you said about focusing on eating a mix of micro and macro nutrients and it being okay to eat some snacks when you want them or not worrying about eating late at night etc. Overall I learned a lot from this video and am so thankful that you made this! ❤️👍🏼😊 I would love more Cooking with Krissy videos because I love to cook too so I’m always looking for healthy recipe ideas. I swam in chocolate earlier, but I was craving it really badly, but, I do this once in a while, and I'm still losing weight, because I eat I a balanced diet of wholesome nutrient dense foods, MOST OF THE TIME. And I exercise and move my body regularly. I let myself eat a splurge of chocolate ONCE IN A WHILE, because I love it, I enjoy it, and I have loads of energy afterwards. I literally just got done deep cleaning, and took apart my box fax and cleaned it, too! Love the video!

Love watching your videos and I couldn't agree more about the whole "eating after 7pm" business! I've worked with PT's and Nutritionists before and they all say the same thing. It's just purely about being mindful of not eating too close to your own bed time (and most suggest not eating within about 2hours of sleep). Reason being is that your body is stimulated by food and needs to work to digest and distribute the nutrients from the food you eat. When you sleep, your body "shuts down", putting you into a semi-comatose state, so your body can't work as efficiently to reap the most benefits from your food. It's because of working with the wonderful people I have, that I am now too training to become a PT. Keep being amazing Krissy. We love you x❤️x

I swam in chocolate earlier, but I was craving it really badly, but, I do this once in a while, and I'm still losing weight, because I eat I a balanced diet of wholesome nutrient dense foods, MOST OF THE TIME. And I exercise and move my body regularly. I let myself eat a splurge of chocolate ONCE IN A WHILE, because I love it, I enjoy it, and I have loads of energy afterwards. I literally just got done deep cleaning, and took apart my box fax and cleaned it, too! Love the video!

Love watching your videos and I couldn't agree more about the whole "eating after 7pm" business! I've worked with PT's and Nutritionists before and they all say the same thing. It's just purely about being mindful of not eating too close to your own bed time (and most suggest not eating within about 2hours of sleep). Reason being is that your body is stimulated by food and needs to work to digest and distribute the nutrients from the food you eat. When you sleep, your body "shuts down", putting you into a semi-comatose state, so your body can't work as efficiently to reap the most benefits from your food. It's because of working with the wonderful people I have, that I am now too training to become a PT. Keep being amazing Krissy. We love you x❤️x
