    Krissy!! The authentic guac recipe is
    Avocado
    Coriander / cilantro
    Chopped onion and tomato
    Lime juice
    And salt
    Nothing else.
    Really simple but really good

      Mexican here! My family makes it with chopped onion & jalapeño, lime and salt. Nothing else. Simple & yummy.

      Yes, because mashed avocado is not guacamole. But u dont need to add olive oil. The avocado is fatty enough and already too oily.

    I'm only halfway through this video but I had to pause to tell you.. I was having a really terrible start to my day until I watched this video and saw you Krissy. This morning I woke up, put my gym clothes on, filled up my shaker, packed my gym bag but never left the house. I was in a really bad headspace this morning, allowing negative thoughts to consume me and thus I've spent practically the whole day inside my apartment not doing anything. I just thought to myself, "this is terrible I need to shake this feeling, what would instantly make me happier right now?" and I thought to watch one of your videos because whenever I watch a TH-cam video of yours I feel happy. I feel motivated, I feel like theres hope in everything I'm trying to accomplish.. I know you get loads of messages like this a day; girls telling you how much you help them. But truly Krissy, you are so motivating and inspiring. You are so different from other girls on social. You actually care about the people who support you and everything you do shows that.. You are actually the reason I re-activated my IG. I was off it for months until I came across your TH-cam channel in January and decided I would get back on just to see the content you put out. I wish I was getting a coffee with you right about now but this video will suffice for now lol. Thank you thank you thank you for the content you produce and forever grinding. You are the BEST!

    Best guac = avocado. Diced red onion. Diced cherry tomatoes. Garlic salt (or fresh garlic then add salt of choice)... An fresh squeezed lime juice. Simple an tasty. I add cilantro too if I remember it.

    I keep my guac pretty simple; avocado, salsa, lime, and a pinch of salt. It’s delicious!

    For guacamole, add a spoonful of salsa (or 2 if you like it a lil more saucy), squirt of lime juice, garlic salt, and cilantro. So easy and good!

    Quick go-to guac: garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and a squeeze of lime, roughly mashed is just perfect. Have you tried using lemon instead of lime, and then eating with fritos scoops? Yum. Do you even eat fritos scoops lol? Idk, but maybe for a treat :). Better guac: dice tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, and onion and add it to the go-to above.

    To my guac, I use garlic, onion, cilantro, tomato, dash of hot sauce, sometimes lime juice. You could also chop peppers if you like. I like the green hot sauces.

    I'm not the only one who eats cereal at midnight??? 😍😍 I love these ideas! I would add cilantro, chopped tomatos and onion to the guac. My bf is Mexican so we add jalapeños to it too. I would also like to try cheese to the eggplant boats! I love cheese!!!

    For the guacamole you can add salt, pepper, cilantro, diced white onions, and lime. It’s soooo good! 😊

    Here in Greece we firstly bake eggplants in the oven until soften,then we smash the inside of the eggplant and then we fill them with tomato salsa (chopped onion,garlic,paprika) top with feta and then again in the oven for 15 min

    Hi Krissy, I like smashed avocado with lime juice, chopped freshcoriander, chilli flakes, S&P, spread on the toasty and add sliced strawberries to top off. Amazeballs!!!!

    I love your videos!! What is your advice for someone who is eating in a caloric deficit (not too much of a deficit) and training hard (weights and HIIT) but not losing weight? Love you 😘

      Are you tracking every little thing? Every gram of butter on toast etc, every extra spoonful of salad dressing - most people consume way more calories than they think. And you can go for another decrease in deficit, 10-20% is normal

      Could be you're not eating enough too. If you're eating at a caloric deficit already and training on top of it your body could be in starvation mode. Track your food for a few days and calculate how many calories you intake vs. How much you are burning.

    Guacamole recipie: Avocado, garlic, red onion, cilantro (can skip if you dont like it) and salt and pepper! Salt is so important. Lil’ squeeze of lime:)

    All ypu need in your Guac is lemon or lime and Salt. This is a very authentic way to prepare it and my personal favorite! Though other versions are delicious as well. 💚🥑💚

    Just a safety tip, I noticed your chopping board slides while you are cutting your veggies. This can be dangerous and cut your hand if it slips out of control. You can put a small cloth underneath to avoid slipping :)

    In my gauc I use pic de Gallo, juice from a lime, and garlic salt. The Pico has cilantro in it but if I don’t have pico I use onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. I like to mash my avocado with a fork and then add my ingredients. Everyone loves my guacamole.

    OMG I absolutely love making my own guacamole. My best recipe is a full ripe avocado, chopped tomato, dill, scallion, lemon juice and salt. So so yummy. Sometimes I add cilantro :) Love you!

    Same here girl, hate plain avocado, love guac ♥️ tomato, very finely chopped onions, lots of white pepper, lemon juice and the secret: the tiniest drizzle of olive oil 😉😎 when the avocado is good and ripe I don't even need salt. Love ya! 😘🇦🇷

    Guacamole recipe:
    Avocado
    Diced red or yellow onion
    Diced tomatoes
    Shredded Coriander/ cilantro
    Salt and minced garlic (or garlic salt)
    Lime or lemon juice

    To the guac: add diced onion, make sure you add a lot of LIME juice and not lemon, salt, some diced Serrano peppers for spice, and CILANTRO! :) (also diced tomatoes are optional I personally prefer guac without it :)

    So my mom made something VERY similar to the last meal you made :) if you feel like switching it up add oregano, basil and feta cheese and it is amazing!

    For super easy guac, by a premade Pico de Gallo (I get the one from Costco- if you're N.Amer) and mix it with the avocado. Done!

    When I make guac and I don’t have tomatoes, onion or jalapeño, I use a spoonful of salsa, some lime and some red pepper or cumin.

    I make my guacamole my mashing up the avo with lots of lime juice and salt. I also add some chopped baby plum tomatoes and a little bit of red onion. Add some chilli flakes or fresh chilli if you like it HOT.

    Hiiii mamacitaaa!!! Haha okay so I’d thought I’d help you a little with your guac 😬😆 hehehe so I’m Mexican, so I know the goods! This is how my mom taught me how to make it, finely chop up jalapeño peppers, tomato, little bit of onion, cilantro, and cut the Avo into cubes. Add in the avo and lemon last so it doesn’t get so mushy, and don’t over mix! You can add as much of the veggies as you’d like. Then lastly just add some salt (as much as you want) hope this helps 😉✨💛

    I make the best guacamole! You need to buy pickled jalapeños, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, and a lime. The key is to cut the desired amount of veggies into the avocado. Add salt and lime and a touch of the vinegar that the jalapeños were soaking in. Trust me! Please try it

    A super easy way to make some BOMB guac is just mash an avocado and add in some pico de gallo from the store! Super easy and yummy! Love you Krissy 🥰🥰

    I don’t know if you read this, but I absolutely love you. Your personality is so gorgeous and you make me smile all the time. I wish I can meet you one day and tell you all that stuff face to face... you give me so much energy and you taught me to never give up. Every time I feel kind of lost I have your voice in my mind and I keep pushing and try to make the best out of every situation. For me it is so hard to get out of my comfort zone but for some reason you helped me with this issue and I feel better day to day..
