- In Part 4 of this UNS 60U build series, it's time to plant the tank! I'll also tell you the story of how I moved this tank 1000 miles, from Portland, OR down to San Diego, CA.

Looks great! Go with Ember tetras, smaller so bigger group, decent schooling.
I'm very excited to see how the glosso fills in!
Me too! It's a carpeting plant I've always been excited to try
Amazing iwagumi. Black neons are so classic but i think kubotai rasboras or a bird like fish such as threadfish raindows or blue/red eye rainbowfish could look good too!
Kubotai are a bit too artificial looking for me but I'll definitely consider your other recommendations.
@@LoganRandoAquascaping for sure. if you go for a common fish it might not do such a special scape justice.
Nice one Logan.. qq, any reason you went for J Repens instead of Eleocharis montevidensis?
Yeah montevidensis isn't really available here in the US from Buce Plant
I woult go with Sundandanio Axelrodi or the Black Neons. Kubotais like to swim in open spaces, too, but there would be no contrast to the green of the plants.
I think the black neons would pop the most out of all of those. While I love Sundadanio, I think they'd blend with the background too much.
Hi Logan. great job. I have a 90P and also went through a dark start (also based on your videos). a few days ago I planted in vitro plants and also started CO2. I have an ADA Amazonia II in the aquarium and the question is when to start fertilizing the plants? What's your opinion? thank you for your support.
I start about 4 weeks after light on. With dark start you could start earlier most likely due to the pre-leaching out of ammonia in the soil, but 4 weeks seems to be the sweet spot for me in regard to avoiding a green algae outbreak. Hope that helps!
Great video, is this same dimentioms ada ADA 60P thanks
It's slightly shorter and instead has more depth for better use of the golden ratio
