I’m fairly new to the brand as well. It’s an impressive lens. I’m not 100% sure what was causing the pulsating / hunting issue, but after updating the firmware I’m not seeing that issue anymore. Thanks for watching!
@@thomasparkes7066 Many cables only support charging, be sure to use a cable that supports data transfer. Also connect direct to the computer, without any sort of hub or adaptor. Lastly, you can go into “Disk Utility” (on Mac), or “create and format hard disk partitions” on Windows to see if it shows up. My guess is the cable though. You may have to try some different cables. I hope this helps. Let me know what happens.
I could see this being a challenge to figure out on my own. Thanks for the guide, you made it look super easy!
Thanks for watching!
Handy information if you have a Viltrox. Your desktop is lookin mint 👌
I miss the Mac Mini setup, but in the end I think this will work better for my needs. Thanks for watching!
I’ve never heard of viltrox, must be for smart people. Good video again!

I have the 16mm f1.8,and it is not recognised on any computer{Mac or windows} or with different cables,so I cannot do anything with it.

FYI: This is not the process for the 16mm Z mount.
@YanpingChen-b7x Interesting. What’s the biggest difference would you say? How are you liking the Viltrox 16mm?
