Leobog is not only about foamy sounds and thockiness. Let me show you how different sound profiles can a Leobog Hi8 have! :) ~~ Clacky build: removing foams + clacky HMX switches ~~ Thocky build: all foams + thocky BSUN switches
Ohhh those HMX Lotusses are a really nice combo with these keycaps! It sounds like it's raining walnut shells or something, very nice! The kittens are completely mesmerised by it, so am I. Wonderful demonstrations!
Indeed, I don't know the reason behind, but rain-like sounds are so pleasant for humans. I'm glad I can have these two different configurations, as I love both of them - also one more reason to build a Hi8 collection too :D (I still have 4pcs of Hi75, at some point I have to let go some of them, but I just can't LOL)
I love this color palette, just started recently buying everything in these colors 😄 and I love this sound like it's bones rattling, deep thocc, I would say I like the mustard one sound a bit more
Oh, for real? :D This yellow is such a long-time dream of me (sad, that only some of the manufacturers take up the courage to offer colors like this!). This build was the one for me to understand why clacky is so hyped now. Now it's a whole new field of experimenting for me! :)
@@thoccnology only 55$ pre-order 15days for one kit and rainy75 max options only 105$ ,I work for a programming company in the US and I have to send a lot of through75 to my friends when they see it only 105$ for a kit with alot option
I don't get it. Why isn't there a comparison of foamless HMX Lotus with stock HMX lotus? This test shows such a big difference between foamless and stock, because the HMX Lotus and BSUN Roselle are different.
Ah, yes, I forgot to add subtitles to this video... :/ My main objective was to create two completely different builds - a thocky and a clacky (removing foams and using switches dedicated for those sound profiles) The public opinion about the Leobog alu boards is that they are thocky and that's all they can do. I wanted to emphasize the wide range of possibilities. I hope this makes sense! :)
@@thoccnology Yeah, I think if the goal is to demonstrate that the Leobog alu can do more than thocky, then I think you've succeeded. You've chosen two builds so different that they create a clear contrast, and demonstrate the range of sound this board can make.

Sounds like rain, mechanical rain...
I'm partial to the second build, love that dark sound (and the clean and minimal look).

Sounds really good! Love the clacky sound and poppy feel.
Me too, I was very surprised at how good it sounds even after removing foams! ^^

pretty satisfying clacky pop! also really cool nails :>
Thank you so much!
Does Hi8 with Vertex V1 switches but those keycaps (KDA profile) sound thocky?
I really like the keycaps, but I would prefer the thockiness :/
Yes, it will still be thocky! KDA is also pretty thocky, no worries. But leave all the foams inside for the maximum thockiness :)
Would love a test of the EPOMAKER x Feker Galaxy80
Coming soon! ^^

Are there any differences between leobog hi8 and leobog hi75 in terms of sound?
They are very, very similar, almost no difference! You're good to go with either of them.
hi8 with hyacinth v2u switch sound similar to rainy75 in Vietnam kit is about 55$ compared to the cheapest version of rainy75 which is 90$
Wow, only $55? That sounds amazing.

Is that aluminum?
Yes, it's aluminum!

While foamless sounds good, stock sounds like sex.
Hehe, true, seks is good.
