i want second and third levels/floors that are only 3 or 4 steps up because my ADD self needs lots of variety/dimension. i, also, don't like the look of long staircases. but, yep, i'm thinking about my older years, too.
Really like the indoor siding touches on the undercounter doors and the reclaimed wood... refreshing to not see cabinets in a kitchen and all the reclaimed materials really give it a vintage feel. I'd live in it.
When I see your logo I know that I am in for a treat. And, I was not disappointed. I appreciate the many TH-cam videos on tiny homes, But yours are worthy of popcorn. I just watched this with a small bowl of popcorn as if I were at a movie. Thank you for finding unique tiny homes that are well shared.
This is great. I like the cleaner lines and the open floor plan and the walkthrough bathroom with the barn doors. You could totally live in this full-time without issues in spite of some people saying that they couldn't. That wood stove is awesome and I absolutely adore the clawfoot tub with the shower. The gabled roof and the wood accent touches are gorgeous. I love the skylights. Turning off all lights and just letting in all the natural light especially the sky light source just sounds so peaceful . I just love the fact that some old pieces were incorporated into the new home so nicely. I imagine she's going to really enjoy this and she should.

Great space and I love the tiny 404 Jøtul wood burning cook stove. I am a big fan of natural wood and they did a nice job integrating all the different species together. I think having two points of entry/exit is also a plus.
REALLY love the quality of you work, and beautiful craftsmanship, just lovely!! Also truly love the balancing of all the wood and natural elements of the home, and how you’ve managed to incorporate all the lovely reclaimed elements, truly fantastic. All that said, the bathroom looks cramped.... getting in and out of that bath, with the small space between the sink and toilet will become a nightmare as your client gets older, and not having bottom storage/cabinets in the kitchen isn’t wildly practical, and she may come to regret her choices. however, the space for your clients current lifestyle is obviously more important to her. Your work is truly truly stunning.
I really like that the whole place is all one level, that's what I would need. More closet space that way also. That is a beautiful tub. That's one of those things that has always attracted my attention. The second door into the bathroom/laundry is an excellent idea. Coming in from the rain that's a great set-up I haven't seen that before in a tiny house. I personally would have more of kitchen. I really love to cook, especially soups. AND OH MY I LOVE THAT STOVE!!!! It is just the right size too. I would learn how to bake in it. 😁 Enjoy your home and Downward Dog for me. 😄

The stove is made here in Norway. The brand is Jøtul, and they are a big name in woodstoves. It was sold in thousands all over the country, and was mostly placed in the kitchen. You could take the rings avay from the stovetopp , and you could buy cast iron skillets, copper coffee kettles, all kind of cast iron pots, and even waffle irons that was made to fit thr diameter of the rings. It vas wery effective, the flames was in direct contact with the coockware. These stoves is stil in use in many cabins around in the country. And my grandma stil has one in her citchen.😊😊

I very much like the layout and the walk through bathroom and bedroom. Those 2 rooms are ones that I've noticed on most builds to be awkward and not very user friendly. The Simplistic style of the design is very artistically done. A beautiful Tiny Home all around.

One of the most impressive tiny builds I've seen. Love the details and different woods that blended beautifully. Appreciate that you listened to capture exactly the style home she wanted. The open concept is smart and creates an easy flow from room to room. Dude, no bathroom should be without a Cast Iron Claw Foot tub 👌 or that stylish wood stove. You did not overlook anything, like customizing the grandmothers cabinet so it was functional for her -- nice touch. Great custom build & design👏 - definitely highlights your skills and craftsmanship. What the investment for this beautiful gem must have been🙃.
This tiny home is absolutely stunning, and I love the layout! I designed my tiny home with no lofts, and a pass-through bathroom that leads to the bedroom. Hopefully one day my dream tiny home will become a reality like hers did!
The reclaimed materials really did come together seamlessly! I thought it's all new wood! :-D Also, it's really cool to have the builder guide us through the home, I learnt a lot from him in these 10 minutes :-)

Love the skylight, the windows, the bathroom, the woodstove, and the no loft-old folks with senior pets can't do the lofts. Don't like the wheels, I have the land and would feel more comfortable if it could be placed on concrete/slabs or whatever you call it... so that it won't blow away with our 3-4 tornados per year.
Love it so much! I use a wood stove! I would want to be off grid capable so reclaiming water and solar along with a composting toilet would make this so perfect!
