- This 32 foot long custom-built tiny house is a true work of art that was inspired by A-frame cabins and mid-century modern mansions. It has a dramatic roofline, wall-to-wall windows, thoughtful design details, loads of clever storage, a home gym, and space-saving furniture like an entire dining room table and stools tucked under the sofa.
Ashleigh and Elyse gave us a full tour and shared their experience of living in the tiny house, as well as some behind-the-scenes details on how they helped design the house with their builder, Fritz Tiny Homes, what it was like to downsize all of their stuff, and the challenges of finding a parking spot for their new tiny home on wheels.

I think the hardest part of going tiny is actually finding someone who would do it with you, most of people just don´t get it, our society relates success with MacMansions and all kind of useless posessions that bring "status" but not happiness. Literally nobody in my life undestands why I like Tiny Houses and one can feel really lonely out here so I'm happy they found eachother and they're living a simplier happier life! :)
I totally understand how you can feel, I'm sure if I talk about it to my familly, they won't get it.
But don't worry, I'm sure one day, people in your life will understand that Tiny Houses suit you better and I wish you best of luck to find your own happiness in your perfect Tiny House with the right person for you ^^
People kind of freak out when I tell them I love tiny houses. It’s like they think I’m telling THEM they need to love tiny houses too. It may not be perfect for everybody, but for people who understand that experiences are more valuable than tangible goods… it just works. Don’t listen to others, follow what’s in your heart. Like attracts like after all!
As I've done deep healing...I realize that I have agency to attract my "tribe". Before I just fell into relationships, friendships, without much intentionality (a lot was due to childhood trauma, conditioning)...I didn't know I could have my needs, boundaries, honored.
As I've learned to honor my needs, boundaries, ignore what society/others say is important... I find I'm attracting more like minded people, slowly but surely.
I used to dismiss, ignore, minimize, invalidate, my own needs etc (totally subconsciously) and so, I attracted people who also dismissed, ignored etc, me and my needs/boundaries.
We attract what we contain within.
Once you completely, fully, are living in alignment to who you are, want to be...the doors open. Your acceptance and wholly focusing on what you want, is a magnet to others who are similar!
I wish for you, people who "get" you and what you value, and that you have resonance and blessing in you life 💫

I love that there is a gym. That is the only thing that has kept me away from the tiny home. After 2020 I have gotten to really enjoy the home gym.
It's so important that your home has all the elements that are important to you.

I love this style. It does work aesthetically not just practically. I love the large windows in the living area and the personalized choices to make it more THEIR home like having a room made for their Peloton bike and other exercise equipment. The few custom made elements/options and changes are what make these tiny homes... homes.

Was scrolling and the beautiful green sofa caught my eye. My husband and I have and ADORE that same Aricle sofa. Perfect addition to this perfect tiny house. This is the prettiest one I've seen and I've seen way too many to count!!!!
So beautiful and efficient. The idea of removing the legs from the sofa and using the space beneath for storage, is simply brilliant.

🙌🔥 Gorgeous home! The roof design.. the sleek cabinetry… the workout space. Simply brilliant. And shout out to the Element! I’ve had many vehicles in my 40 years of driving…best memories EVER were made in my maroon 2008 Element. From camping to trips to the park or beach with my Labradors.. to road trips with my Labs… it NEVER left me stranded in all the 280K miles I put on it before giving it to my Mom who needed a vehicle that was easy to get in and out of. You women are amazing and a beautiful couple. Happy adventures lie ahead for you ♥🙏🔥

Superb! With quality walnut all around it gives a very fancy look. There Is a lot of space to put clothes and everything has his place, the space is totally neat, nothing to disturb the eyes. It is the first time I see a place for a little gym!!!!

I came very close to marrying a man who had/lived in an A Frame. Gotta tell you, the space can be very tight and claustrophobic. Your tiny house, with those wonderful windows, has the features that make A-Frames so appealing but I did not see even one of the negatives. Living tiny is not just about the tiny home and I think your house is the best one I have seen. Ever! I hope you two live happily and healthily there for a long time to come. You have a beautiful house! And the back of the house looks really good, as well. Good luck!!!

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in the twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you're no longer accumulating but withdrawing, it's hard to be anything but cautious.
