Hi my devant smart tv wont open netflix. It just shows the netflix image but it blinks and after a few seconds it closes and just routes me back to the regular tv channels. It really doesnt load netflix at all.

Hi! Our netflix is working until its loading area for all movies we choose just keep on loading, but we can play youtube at a highest resolution without loading. We even tried login in a different netflex account but it's the same scenario. We already tried resetting our tv, changing the dns server to 8888, resetting the wifi modemn but still it didn't work. Dear sir, thanks for landing here. There is no options for update any application in Devant TV. You know that you can't add or delete any Applications from Devant TV. But You can update the tv software through Menu> Network>Update software. Hope this will solve the problems. Another alternative way is to use the Browser for watching NETFLIX. hello po sir, pano po mag reset ng devant smart tv without using remote ? kasi po ang nangyari is ok nmn po yung tv gumagana lahat tas po yung nag palit po ako ng password ng wifi namin tas kinonek ko po uli sa tv biglang nag bubukas patay na po yung tv tas minsan nagbubukas naman ng maayos kaso nga lang hindi na po siya magamitan ng remote pano po ba ayusin yung ganun ?

from tv network settings page.

Hi haise sasaki, please follow below steps and share the feedback what is going on TV.
1. Turn on the TV in the normal way and let it run for 5 minutes.
2. Instead of turning it off with the remote, plug out the
cable directly from the wall.
3. Wait for a period of at least 20 minutes and restart it.
4. Enter the Wifi password if it prompts you to enter it and
check to see if the issue persists.

1. Disconnect all devices and cables from tv
Uninstall Netflix app then try as below.
2. Remove power cable from electric source of tv and router. Hold power button for 10 seconds
3. Plug in power cable after 10 minutes later.
4. Now recheck Netflix if problem persists then change DNS settings as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Now apply above and reply to me with results.

1. I did try and followed all the steps in the said link
2. I've reset the tv
3. I've deactivated and reactivated netfkix
4. Connected the TV to the LAN
And still, it says the same thing. Please help me. Thanks

2. Clear cache memory from Netflix
3. Uninstall Netflix app

Please keep your router and tv in the same room.
Use new router.
Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Dear sir, update the tv firmware and also update the Netflix app. Unplug & plug the power cable of Tv and router wait 3 min before plug in the cables. And ty again. If not work please inform me immediately.
