Awesome!!!! We just purchased a new Hisense ultra high Definition TV and couldn’t get Netflix to work. (5/2/2024 🌺) Your first instructions were to unplug the TV from the wall. That’s exactly what I did. Then to plug it back in. Did that! And I clicked on Netflix and tada! Thank you So much!!!
I had to go all the way to the last step for my Netflix to start working. I'm totally satisfied and appreciate your help. I feel like my TV is brand new 😊. Thank you!!
I had a Google TV home screen where the icons were grayed out, as was the rest of the screen, and the screen was strobing left to right. Unplugging it with power on and waiting 30 seconds before powering back on fixed it. Thank you very much!

I searched on Google why Is it like the, it says that "i might have so some internet connection problem." but i keep om checking my internet speed 😀 it was okay. But still i cant connect to inflix, so i decided to watch some simple tutorial methods here on TH-cam how to fixed i watched so much videos like theyre saying that i need to troubleshoot something or reload the app. But still i cant and, i came to this video, and just do what he said. And now im enjoying watching Netflix again🥰🥰. THANK YOU SO MUCH

It shows me only netflix insted my tv. cant even turn off the tv. Remote stuck. I turn on remote and i see only netflix. Cant change output or ever close tv. What to do? (not battery problem)
Mine isn’t letting me do anything. If I try to reset it it doesn’t reset. It says storage full but it won’t delete the apps. I tried to update it it said updates are temporarily unavailable. The screen keeps going black.
I believe you skipped right over how I fixed ours. The TV isn't very old and I'm not familiar with all of the settings screens. But thank you for the video as the screen I saw was very similar to our old Amazon Stick. In this case, some of our apps were not playing and others were playing without sound. At 2.52 in your timeline, simply to to and perform the Restart under About. Thanks.

Hi, i have tried everything on your video, but no system update occurs (says not found), the app icon only brings up a bunch of apps and has no search bar at the top. The vewd app store does not have youtube tv app which is what i am trying to add. I bought this tv in December 2016 it is a hisense 43H7C , do you think it is just too old to get youtube tv app? or should i just buy a roku stick? thanks

Hi. Mine Hisense 50A6140 works flawlessly when receiving signal from HDMI tvbox, however it turns off by itself when watching netflix or youtube from tv apps. it turns off when i cast from smartphone to hdmi chromecast plugged to tv. Can it be power supply or a motherboard issues? Or both? Thank you in advance. Carlos Martins
i have a U8H and i did the firmware update but the restarting is taking forever, is this normal? i cant shut the tv from the remote, should i unplug it?

I pressed the “upgrade tv date thing” and it didn’t upgrade/up to date it

My tv connects ok and Netflix works, but the other apps give an error connection.
I’m having the same exact issue, and I have tried it all. Still doesn’t work. I’m going to try and use an Ethernet cable and see if that helps

i fixed my screen that goes black when laucnhing netflix or hbo by going to settings and resetting the image quality
