I had been struggling to get my netflix to work for 3 days... Something told me to watch a TH-cam video although it was tons of videos. I was drawn to this video and after the 3rd step it started working. I want to say "THANK YOU" for taking the time out of your busy day to make a video to help others. Bc I was seconds away from trashing this 70" tv due to it not connecting to netflix. I'M so pleased with your service. Again Thank you. Now I don't have to run out to Sam's and purchase another tv. YOU have no idea how much money you saved me. Thanks for sharing your wisdom may you continue to do great things in the world.

First tip solved the trick. We literally returned our Samsung TV and exchanged for another and STILL couldn’t access the Netflix app. Samsung customer service and sooo many other tech help desks. I feel so silly. All this time and that little trick could have helped us. First time ever getting the Netflix app to work on our brand new TV after so many other tech tricks. THANK YOU 🙌🏼
Go to settings show all settings scroll down to the update page click device care scroll down to device manager reset hub should work my netflix was broken for months

Situation: Samsung smart TV. Click on the Netflix app logo to start it but it never pulls up. Its like it starts the app without actually bringing it up on the screen. No sound or anything though. I have to hit the Exit button a few times on my remote before it let me do anything again on the tv. The Fix for Me: Unplugged the tv and everything from the wall. Waited 30 seconds. Held down the power button that was on the back of the tv for like 45 seconds. Plugged the tv back up and Waited like 2 minutes to allow it some time to reconnect to the wifi and start the restart process. Turned on tv and cable box. Finished the restart process for cable. (I have Spectrum) Tv working, cable is working, and its connected to internet. I click on the Netflix App icon and everything worked. Clicked on my name to sign in to my Neflix and everything is Good and working like it should. 🙌 Hope this helps
